My wife and I went to Grove Dodge recently to look at two used minivans that we were considering. We liked one significantly more than the other, but it also had more issues that concerned us. Our sales representative, Steven, was able to resolve all of the issues without any hassle, so we are now very happy with our new vehicle. My wife and I are never quick to make big decisions like this, and Steven was very patient with us...helpful when necessary, but also willing to back off and give us our space when we needed.

Dave D was great to work with on sale and finding the right vehicle for us. He was very friendly and helpful with quotes on tires. Adam was great as he gave me a lift back home in his Viper it was a thrill for me. he was great to talk to about the SRT option on our new jeep. Robert was awesome at understanding our special lease requirements and providing a all the details to make our deal work out. Brock called me and discussed the options for winter tires and worked out a great price and rim and tire package that looks good and will be safe for the SRT. Marcello was very easy to deal with and provided the documentation to my lease provider in a timely fashion, all staff were very friendly and willing to listen to our questions and provide a positive experience. I should liked how the dealership has changed to the positive since my last experience 18 months ago. :)

What a dealership, the people were amazing the atmosphere was inviting and the cake was delicious. We have been Chevy people our whole lives and thought we always would be until we met Roman and the team at Grove Chrysler.
