I have dealt with a few dealerships in the past when I was looking for a vehicle and going through the process of buying. It was always a mediocre and unsatisfying experience. However, when I recently purchased a Jeep from Grove Dodge, I had an excellent experience for the first time ever. This was mostly due to Tyler's approach with me. In the days leading up to the purchase, we shared many texts and phone calls. Never once was he pushy or too aggressive (which can be a huge turnoff.) Instead, he was always approachable and attentive with keeping in touch, and calmly answered my many questions promptly. I was indeed impressed and feel that his manner greatly contributed to me buying. Steve was very helpful as well when Tyler wasn't available at delivery, by showing me how to operate the controls inside.
