incompitand or cheaters?

i have bought a 2015 Escalade with 29 000 km before X-Mas , and noticed on the Way Home that the Cruse did not work,...i was in the Service Department and Richard the Forman worked on it and dried to fix it but couldn't do it. he hooked it up to a Laptop and dolt me that it did not show anything wrong. today Jan. 16/19 i brought the Truck to Micke Jackson in Collingwood,..they hooked it up and the Warning Signs went off right away. it turns out that the Truck was in a Collision , some Bolts where replaced , Sensors broken and the whole Front was repainted. Carfax is clean, ? what a Choke this is, someone is lying, and i paid way to much for this Truck. i have phoned Salesman, Manager , and the Service Guy Bob Henry has not phoned me back jet so Paul S. whats going on there???????

Part of my experience was great

Dealing with nick was a wonderful experience made it very easy to buy a car. He also made it so I will 100% recommend people to go see nick if they want to buy a car. On the other hand heather made me feel very belittled and seems to look down on me and my family she made the financial part of buying the car very hard. other then that the experience and buying a car from paul Sadlon was a great experience

Unprofessional Management Team

Sales manager Greg Murphy was extremely unprofessional and rude. Did not honour the free gift offer with new vehicle purchase, we spent over $90,000!

Awesome guy!!

We were recommended to go to Paul Sadlon Motors when we were looking for our first truck and we were also told to speak with Carl Peckham. We have used him twice with our first truck and now our second and he is an awesome guy with lots of knowledge and a great sense of humor during the entire experience. We highly recommend not only Paul Sadlon, but Carl too! You will not be disappointed!!!

Always a great experience!

Bought my second truck from Nick at paul sadlon recently. Nick is a great guy and doesn't hide anything when selling you a vehicle. My wife and her family get their vehicles through Nick and they all have great things to say as well. Paul sadlon is a great dealership to buy from. They have a coloring station set up for the kids, it's clean and the staff are friendly. I highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Money stolen from my vehicle

I had my money stolen from my vehicle during service. I noticed right away and went back into the dealership to file a complaint. Even though they did give me back what was stolen, I never heard anything again. I asked management to follow up with me as to the outcome of this theft. I guess I should have went to the police to report this because another customer had the same complaint 6 months ago. Thanks Paul Sadlon for NOT caring and NOT getting back to me. I even got a random email from the dealership 2 weeks later asking me how my service was!!! Disappointed.

Awful service terrible Vehicle

I was recommended to this dealer by various Military co workers... What an awful experience, bought a Chevrolet Cruze, and it's awful. The mechanics of the vehicle are ridiculous and vehicle barely works properly. Dent in the frame... Paid way too much for a used vehicle, that barely works.

Terrible Customer Service

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer Service! I attended the dealership today and no one was around to assist me, despite even going into the dealership. Not one person greeted me except for the receptionist. Earlier I had made an online inquiry then about 6 hours later I was contacted by a female representative. I “lost connection” somehow and called back 30 seconds later and “everyone had gone home for the day”. She never bothered to call back. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to ANYONE and will be taking my business to Georgian Chevrolet. Gina

NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Not only did I buy the biggest LEMON from this pathetic dealership, I got to deal with pretty much the entire family that were all equally useless liars. Dealt with Paul Sadlon himself, which ironically you cannot tag in this review. I was born and raised with GM products, and after dealing with this dealership, I have sworn off GM products all together. Between dealing with Paul Sadlon Sr, his son, his daughter, and GM Canada, it was my first experience dealing with a dealership, that left nothing but a bad taste from all the lies and deception. If you're Ever going to buy a GM/Chevy in the Barrie Area, save your time and money and go to Georgian Chev on Mapleview. At least they are an honest dealership to work with. Oh and by the way, stay away from the BS extended warranty that Paul Sadlon's dealership offers, its not worth the paper its written on!!!!

Bunch of Beauties

Excellent selection of pickups. Friendly atmosphere. Dealt with Mike McLaughlin. Very knowledgeable. Made the large purchase process very comfortable, and got us some outstanding "Truck Month" discounts. Have purchased several new vehicles from different dealerships over the years, this was by far the best experience I've had. Highly recommend Paul Sadlon, and Mike M!
