They told me it was my last free oil change. I have an...

They told me it was my last free oil change. I have an extended plan I paid $2,900 for. They said they had no record of it. The papers are in my glove box. I was so annoyed I didn't think to look there and thought the papers were at home. They talked me into this service plan at time of purchase and now their computer supposedly has no record of it.

Courteous service, transparency of work and fast service....

Courteous service, transparency of work and fast service. Requested 30k mile service package which I was told is the works pkg. 30k service included the cabin filter change per the ford app. My bill showed a separate cost for the cabin filer of $65. This is misleading on DePaulas and Fords part and should be fixed

Ford Escape

My experience was absolutely wonderful. Trevor, the salesman who helped me out was great. He understood what I was looking for and I was treated like 1st class. I was only there to do some tests drives and by the end of the day I put a down payment on my Escape. Trevor even brought me next door to DePaula Chevrolet to let me text drive a Chevy Equinox knowing that they were competitors. I can?t recommend DePaula Ford and Trevor enough....my whole experience was just wonderful and completely hassle free.

To start, this is the 2nd car I purchased from Joe. My last one was a year and a half ago! I had sent Joe a message and first thing he asked was- “is everything okay?” I said of course. I just want to buy another car! Joe isn’t here for the sale. He’s here to make sure you are happy and all your expectations are met. He far exceeded! Depaula Ford is great! I purchased a used vehicle and there was a minor error in the numbers. They did their part to make it right. I left with the vehicle that day. Throughout the slip up Joe continued to make sure I was happy and that he could do whatever it takes to get me the car I wanted in my price range. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle, shop with Joe!!
