Great Customer Service and quick returns on calls

I was recommended to Michael Cantalupo by a friend of mine. Michael treated me like family and was able to guide me in the correct direction for my Brand New Range Rover Sport. He took me away from a 12 years relationship with BMW and i can not complain it was great customer service and vehicle runs great. Thank you Sal

Lease experience

Michael Cantalupo did a nice job with the 2016 Range Rover Sport lease. Very straight forward and prompt communication provided. I would highly recommend his service to my contacts.

Be very wary of their sales tactics!

Be very careful in wasting your time with the staff at this dealership, especially Courtney Gilmore (internet sales) and Jay Yarber. It was made very clear when making the deal that this car was to be registered in CT, after wasting a whole week not answering calls, running my credit, wasting my time, they claim they can't register the car in CT. Having leased and purchased many vehicles from New Jersey and registered to CT, I know thats not true. I'm very glad I didn't waste my time driving all the way to Paramus. They will lie to you and then not deliver on anything. The worst experience I've had at any high end dealership.

This dealership is the best!

I love prestige land rover! James was a pleasure to work with and he got me the best possible deal for my range rover sport! I highly recommend this dealership, was a very pleasent experience! The service is amazing.

Prestige Jaguar Land Rover

This is my 3rd Jaguar XF and 2nd leased from Prestige Jaguar Land Rover. Jas Nayyar is my primary reason from leasing from this dealership. She always remained in touch with me throughout my previous lease making sure I was pleased with service, the functionality and performance of my vehicle. When is was time for renewal she worked diligently on my behalf with the intent of providing me with a new lease with all the options and performance I come to expect in driving a Jaguar. Jas is the best!!! In addition, Phil Bolaga in service is another asset to this dealership. professional, courteous and extensive product knowledge makes him an A+ employee.

They stand by their word

I leased a vehicle from this dealership back in February and first met Ron Haro. Unfortunately, through no fault of the dealership, nor Ron, there was a mechanical issue with my car. When the issue became apparent, I called Ron and discussed various alternatives. It was during that call that Ron said, "everything will work it self out, please just be patient." Ron is a man of his word and he made sure that everything worked out and that I remained a satisfied customer. You can rest assured that when dealing with Ron, there is no xx and you are being told the truth. He is a pleasure to deal with and I recommend you call Ron the next time you want to lease a Jaguar or Range Rover.

Patient with many questions

James Lozier is a great dealer rep. We had a fairly complex early termination of a lease to a new one, and the new one needed a particular packages. Then came going through options of color, specific model, etc. James was patient in explaining our options and pricing. He showed us the features of the car and explained functions in detail.

Loyal to Prestige Land Rover

Our lease was up on our LR4 and we knew we wanted to roll into another one. We didn't even think about going to another dealership (there is one much closer to us). Alex Malke helped us do just that in the most pleasant and easy manner. He is knowledgable and extremely accommodating. He came in during is day off for delivery of our car because it fit our tight schedules. That's above and beyond. Will always come back to Prestige and Alex.

Great experience

I recently made a purchase from Prestige and the entire experience was great. Garrett was a friendly and personable salesman who made the process easy and as stress-free as possible. I would recommend this dealership, and Garrett, to anyone who is looking for an enjoyable car buying experience.

My First Land Rover

My family and I decided to get our first SUV, we had several picks, an escalade, GL450 and a Land Rover LR4. We've been in a couple of dealerships and finally the Prestide Land Rover. We met this sales agent, Mike Cooper. He' s a great guy, really honest and very helpful. He gave us all the possible options (good options). He even gave us a discount and a couple of freebies.
