Never Recommend this dealership
I have never bothered to post an online review because I feel they are either bogus, or unfair, one-sided and often overblown, etc. However I can't express how incredibly disappointed and uncomfortable this dealership made me feel despite trying to buy a 100k car from them. I basically had to ask someone to help me and when they did it was insulting. I was looking for a specific color and knew what range the car would be, but the salesman said this is the car and this is the price (MSRP). He quoted me an insane down payment which I was fine with and a ridiculous monthly payment. He didn't even offer me a test drive or another model nothing. Complete nonchalance and lack of regard for someone who is busy but wants to purchase a nice car for himself. This was my first jaguar experience and with Cadillac and Porsche experience to compare with I will never consider dealing with Michael or this dealership again. I visited another dealership and not only were they compassionate and understanding they were reasonable. I got more of a car (options) than I was getting from Prestige and for same down payment, but $200.00 less per month. The first thing my salesman (James Mull) offered me was a test drive and add Jim's knowledge and his ability to work the numbers won't have me looking for a new dealership for my next Jaguar. Don't waste your time with Prestige.

not recommended. bad experience so far since I got the car. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They provide wrong info when you buy the car.

Great shopping experience on Range Rover!
I have been dealing with Alex Malke for years, since his time at Infinity actually. When we found out he is now with Prestige Jaguar Land Rover of Paramus, and my lease was coming to an end, I decided to reach out to Alex and see what we can do on a Range Rover Evoque. Alex really came through with a great deal, and, as usual, outstanding customer service! I would highly recommend dealing with Alex Malke for all your Land Rover and Jaguar needs!

Great job
I walked into Prestige Land Rover knowing what i was looking for. The salesman Trevor and Servet was very knowledgeable and helped me get into the vehicle of my dreams! They made the deal as easy as possible. They're very laid back guys, no pressure, no xx, just straight to the point. I now consider them a friend and will recommend them to anyone i know looking for a Land Rover. I had the best customer service you could ever hope for . My salesman Servet Acar was amazing . I was sure about buying an Bmw , when I stopped by prestige of Paramus , Servet made me change my mind completely and bought a Range Rover. Couldnt be happier with the outcome . I am very happy with my car purchase . Everything is right that he said, trust is everything. He is still very helpfull after the purchase about all my questions . Best car buying experience so far !

My experience started with a call to sales. James took my call and assured me the vehicle I was considering was available. I was very impressed with James knowledge about the vehicles but what convinced me to consider doing business was his understanding of the financial details. The numbers had to make sense and he worked with Broch, Jay and Tom to deliver. James is a true asset to value at Prestige and I have full confidence to refer anyone to work with him.

Leasing of a new range rover evoque
Alex Malke provided excellent customer service throughout my entire process of trying to lease a new range rover vehicle. Alex was very mindful of the amenities that I wanted in my next car and he diligently followed up with me when offers became available that matched what I was looking for. He found the perfect vehicle for me that offered everything I was looking for and better yet the entire check out process was so simple! In my 10+ years of leasing I have honestly never had a better more professional experience at a car dealership. Above and Beyond!
I bought a certified preowned 2014 Range Rover Sport HSE yesterday from Jennifer Falcon. She was an absolute doll from beginning to end.. Came in on Monday and there was no vehicle there that met my criteria so my wife and I left a bit disappointed. She promised to call as soon as she found something. The following day (Tuesday) she called to tell me she had found the perfect car and sent me pictures and all of the specs on it as well. By 4pm Wednesday I was driving off the lot in my new Range Rover!! She went above and beyond for me. So happy with her and her manager Jeff!!
