Very positive, eventually
My initial contact was through email with Rose. This was quite slow and frustrating with turnaround taking usually 24 hours and many questions going unanswered over a period of about 2 weeks. This changed dramatically when I decided to visit and I got to work with Roshan. He was very knowledgeable and worked with me as I went line by line through the financials with him during the negotiation process. We got a deal done with a minimal amount of fuss. He (and the team) was professional, courteous, respectful and responsive. Jay was also involved and gave me all of the details I asked for in the financials; he also came up with something I didn't think of and saved me a few dollars. During pick up I got to work with Rudy who was very well prepared and explained every piece of paper and all of the details of the contracts. Excellent outcome.
