Love my Range Rover and the dealers too

Alex Malke is the best!!!!

Alex Malke was my sales associate, he was incredibly knowledgable and was able to find me the exact vehicle i was looking for in less time than other dealerships. Every time i call he is available to speak with me and help with any questions or concerns i have. He gave me his personal contact information in case of any problems in the future. I highly recommend using him and will purchase all my cars from him in the future. He was polite and very respectful of my time. He always returned my calls and arranged for me to look at prospective vehicles that would fit my needs. i understand he is new to the company but it felt like he had been working there for years.

Great Service

Ron Alina the salesperson is the man to go to when you buy a car there. He is a great salesperson and did everything to accommodate me to the very end until he handed me the keys. Highly recommended.

Great service

Ron Alina the salesperson is the man to go to when you buy a car there. He is a great salesperson and did everything to accommodate me to the very end until he handed me the keys. Highly recommended. Rudy Myrie was great, too. Both are people you want to trust your car with!

Great Experirnce

My experience at Prestige Jaguar Land Rover was excellent! I worked with Alex, who was incredibly friendly and personable. Alex helped to make the car buying experience easy and quick. Alex understood my needs and helped me get into my new Evoque that I love. I highly recommend this dealership.

This dealership is the REAL DEAL!!!

When it comes to buying LUXURY vehicles, this dealership is the REAL DEAL! Excellent Sales experience at Prestige Jaguar Land Rover of Paramus! Sean Mohammed made sure that I got what I was looking for from the very first time that I visited Prestige Jaguar Land Rover of Paramus. He was very flexible with his time so that I could come by and go over the many vehicle options that they had, Sean allowed me to test-drive several vehicles so that I could make the right choice. I felt no pressure to buy whatsoever, it was an awesome buying experience. >>> My previous "Non-Land Rover" LUXURY... dealership "Sales Rep" pressured me to buy the vehicle by having his sales piers work out the deal of a lifetime (for them), at one point they even told me that they were doing me a favor (Really?) Oh, and they wouldn't let me walk out the door unless I put a down payment of signed a contract <<< Excellent Finance Experience at Prestige Jaguar Land Rover of Paramus! Rudy Myrie was a pleasure to deal with, he explained all of the finance options available in detail and made sure that I understood all terms prior handing me the pen to sign the contract. >>> My previous "Non-Land Rover" LUXURY... dealership "Finance Manager" actually lied to me and forced me to buy $6K worth of non-sense coverage so that their bank could finance the vehicle, or so he says <<< I must say that for the times that I could not get a hold of either Sean or Rudy and had left them a voicemail, they returned every call and then some (They even tried to contact me by email when I couldn't be reached by phone) Now that's QUALITY Service when you buy a LUXURY vehicle. >>> My previous "Non-Land Rover" LUXURY... dealership would hesitate to transfer my calls to their sales rep or to their Finance Manager and to put the icing on the cake their voicemail is purpusely set to tell you the following message..."You have reached the voice mailbox of "Individual" the voicemail box is full and you can't leave a voicemail at this time" end of call. Their voicemail can't be accidentatlly messed up for over a year! <<< Prestige Jaguar Land Rover of Paramus is where I should have come to in the first place last year! Prior to me loosing over $40K USD at a "Non-Land Rover" LUXURY... dealership in Bergen County.

Honest...Fair...Friendly and will defintley come back

Alex was great from the moment I came in. He didn't try to play the nickel and dime game. He listened to my concerns, didn't try to upsel or do any type of slick moves. He was Incredibly knowledgeable and beyond friendly courteous and a real genuine person. Was an absolute pleasure.

BATE AND SWTICH!!! STAY AWAY!!! SLEAZY USED CAR TACTICS

When you shop on line for a used car 9 times out of 10 when you show up at the lot, the car you discussed before getting there is rarely there or significantly different. So the best thing to do is go to a reputable dealer. One would think going to a Land Rover Dealer with the Prestige name attached would be the right move. WRONG!!!!!! I spoke to Servet Acar the day before. We discussed the exact Range Rover Sport I wanted, the exact interior, exterior and features. We agreed on a very good price. We agreed on a time to meet at the dealership...I got my loan worked out and had my check in hand. I even called him and texted him the whole time and worked around his morning off. I texted him an hour before I got there and he told me he was getting everything together not to waste my time.....You know where this is going....I took off of work and drove out from Manhattan. As soon as I got there I found out I was bait and switched!!!! They played the wait let me discuss with my manager game and made me sit there for a half hour trying to figure out how to con me to spend more money on something I did not want. Of course there were plenty of more expensive ones I could chose from that met my needs, but not the one they advertised on line or for the price on line. Scott McCann the Manger couldn't have cared less. Servet apologized and promised to make it up to me HAHAHAHAHA! Not a single call after. Buying a 65k truck SHOULD NOT be like this. Stay away from this horse and pony show, go to a reputable dealership!
