Don't waste your time

Contacted the dealership and spoke with Katie Sicinski. Told her I was from out of state and interested in a vehicle. She confirmed it was available. I expressed my concern based on reviews and she urgent me to come in and look at the vehicle the asked to text me, I requested she email instead. Once I provided my name, email, and mailing address there has been no response in five days. This dealership does not seem to want to sell cars at the advertised price. Don't waste your time. I wasted mine.

All Bad Reviews don’t tell the real story.

Lol thank goodness I don’t put a lot of stock in bad reviews because these guys sure have their fair share of them. Ok I get it buying a car can suck but let’s be honest it is up to us the customer to ask the right questions. It is up to us to do our own research and make informed decisions. I asked a lot of questions got a lot of answers some I like some I didn’t. Their price was fair and they were accommodating they let my mechanic look the car over and he found a couple of loose ends they agreed to fix. I bought it and I love it. These guys are ok and apparently under new management. I dealt directly with Mike Jones the GM. Good guy.

Took advantage of me

Not usually one to write reviews… but the way I was treated warrants it. One, the car I bought had mechanical malfunctions. After harassing Sam the sales manager for DAYS he finally agreed to get it fixed. He used the words “we sell the car as-is” not 24 hours after selling the car to me. What a joke. Now… fast forward a year, I go to sell the car to a new dealer and they say verbatim “whoever you bought this car from screwed you. It’s from Canada. The MSRP is $20K less than it should be and we can’t warranty it.” Sam if you’re a God fearing man, I do hope one day you ask for forgiveness from your creator.

I recommend not going here.

I was there for over 3 hours. I paid a down payment, I signed paperwork, I even put the car on my insurance plan. After all that, a guy named Sam told me I need more money down. Now they're giving me the run around about giving me my down payment back. I would stay away. The salesman Rudy was nice and did his job so I put no blame on him. He's the reason I give 5 stars for customer service. It's the management who tries to scam you. Financing and down payment was going to cost me more than what the car cost. On top of it, I was told to ask for Estephanie and she's not even there even though I was texting her 5 minutes before I got there.

Terrible Dealership

(Happened roughly a month back) Horrible dealership, ran our credit without permission, tired to do a bait and switch, and took hours on hours of our time to try to exhaust us into buying a car. We came in for a Mustang GT and after over an hour of wasting our time grabbing our information including our SSN they tell us the car isn't available right now and that they have another car similar to the one we wanted. We even called to make sure they had the car and we have to start a big fight between them for them to bring the car from "services" to test drive it. It took them 45 minutes just to grab the car when they lied of course and said it would only take 10 minutes. The car itself matched the one we saw online and ran great but when they gave us the price it was more than the online price and on top of that no haggle. We wasted another hour or two with that as they would take 15-30 minutes in between to try to get someone else in to work with the terrible price they gave us and we ended up leaving and buying it from a different dealership. A few days later my mother checks her credit and sure enough they ran it without our permission and claimed we agreed to it when we mentioned several times that the info we gave them will not be used towards a credit check until we want to buy the car. While we did sign a paper, it never mentioned anything about running a credit check and we made sure to also ask that signing this didn't mean we agreed to a credit check and the person showed us the paper that would mean we would allow a credit check that we did not sign. I mentioned this because when we went to call in about why they ran the credit, the sales manager said the paper we signed connected to the other 2 documents which were about a credit check which made no sense as those 2 other documents required a signature and plus the first document doesn't mention the other 2 either. Very, very shady place... Don't come to this horrible dealership they will ruin your experience, waste your time, play games, and lie to your face. Seriously just look at the reviews, lying comes up a bunch of times. I wouldn't be surprised either if some of the good reviews were written by some of the employees who work there.

Almost got ripped off

We started out fine till we got to the paperwork and then they got they wanted me to pay for a delivery fee so that’s when I stopped him and told him that that fee did not apply for a used vehicle (the fee was $995.00) they didn’t want to take it off so I didn’t purchase the vehicle. On top of that they ran my credit even though I had a loan from my bank, She said it would be a soft inquiry but it turned out to be a hard inquiry and affected credit scoring. Unprofessional liars overall.

Agreed upon a price

Agreed upon a price for $16,000 for a 2019 for Fusion. There prices online are just to get interest so they can get you there to try and take advantage of you. Once done with there bs fees and taxes it was $19,462.33 out the door. Have been shopping around for awhile fees should not have exceeded 17,700
