Bait and switch
Scheduled appointment to test drive car viewed on their website. Confirmed appointment that morning. On arrival told car was sold the night before. Offered another (switch ) car. The car is still showing available on their website. Dishonest. In addition the sales man did not wear a face covering until after he had seated us in his office. DO NOT GO HERE. They will place you life at risk by not following face covering guide lines and lure you in with vehicles they do not have on site.

Lied to about vehicle inspection
Would have been five star rating had it not been for really bad response to service center issue. Vehicle was not fully inspected as told by sales, had faulty battery. Was told would be replaced during sale but never was. Had it inspected afterwards by certified service center from the actual manufacturer. Battery had to be replaced but Zeigler did not want to reimburse even with full documentation. Will be reporting to all necessary agencies. Beware.

Deceitful internet pricing
I called to see if used Hyundai Tucson was available. I asked about pricing and was told the usual tax, title, license AND dealer prep fee $995.00. Internet price doesn’t specify this dealer add on fee. I’m glad I called before I made the trip. I don’t know how dealers can get away with this deceitfulness. They offer a decent price and add on another grand! Ridiculous.

Ziegler try 2 sell u the most expensive cars
This dealership has nice looking pre-owned cars on the lot and the facilities are in good shape. They worked really hard to get me in a car but my biggest complaint is that they wanted me to get a more expensive car that wasn’t within my budget. They were persistent and a little to pushy trying to explain to me what I can afford. Other than that I’d say Zeigler is a decent car dealership

TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP
PLACE!!! I bought a car from this dealership in December of 2018. A few months later the front bumper buckled on the passenger and driver sides. So I take it to Nissan for repairs under warranty, just to find out that the car has been in an accident and that they wont repair it. After several calls to Zigler they blow me off and tell me that it's my problem. The hood is not lined up properly with the bumper and the fender, the passenger side light assembly is broken and there is a dent underneath the fender. I did not have an accident in this vehicle. This is how the vehicle was purchased and yet it's my faul . Ziegler needs to make this right. THEY SOLD ME A FAMAGE VEHICLE AND DID NOT DISCLOSE IT!!

Stay away.NOT RECOMMENDED
I had a showing for the car on their website,I was constantly contacted by the associate Janet ,she sent me multiple email stating ,car is ready ,after driving for more than an hour from Lincolnshire to chicago Zeigler, there was no sign of car or Janet and another associate tells me ,car isn't available in store"some one took for inspection ",least b courteous to tell the customer when car isn't there..But NO one made that effort or apologies ,made me drive hour plus ,only to find nothing. ..SHAMEFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL.

STAY AWAY - DISHONEST AND MISLEADING
I saw a great deal online that was a LIE!! Shady business when they add $995 to their online price once you show up at the dealership. Screams ripoff!!

A Customer Service
From the first conversation over the phone, to sending us additional pictures of the vehicle we were interested in to the time we left the dealership and everything in between, Odie provided outstanding customer service. He answered our questions immediately and if he didn't know the answer he got it for us. He was up front, respectful and showed that he cared about the customer experience. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and professional. For as busy as they were, that was great to see as it's becoming a lost art. We would consider purchasing a vehicle from them again in the future.

Listing was completely misleading
Took 2.5 hours out of my day to see a vehicle whose listing was totally misleading. Vehicle was not drivable, had major body damage – none of which was mentioned in the listing or by salesperson over the phone.
