I purchased my vehicle from Ken Pollock in October 2018. I came back for a tire repair and an oil change. I waited while it got done and my children and I were very comfortable. I am extremely happy with the staff I dealt with. They are professional, polite, and knowledgeable. We went to ken pollock after looking around at different places. I never would have known they were there if I didnt have the address. They are a great bunch of people, not pushy at all like some dealers. The salesman who helped us was friendly and easygoing he let the car sell it self, didnt try to steer us toward anything in particular, asked a few questions and that was all. I would definitely say come here and buy, we will definitely be coming back when it is time to trade up to something new.

I needed my yearly inspection done and Dave was able to take me right in. My vehicle was done quickly and Jason called me to let me know it was finished. He was very courteous and reassured me that my vehicle was all checked out and safe. I would highly recommend this dealership to others!!!

The service department is excellent have taken all of my cars to this service department and recommended other to go there. The staff is very attentive and informative of the problems or what was found. My car is always given a full mutipoint inspection and a carwash before they call to say it os ready for pickup.i am very satisfied with this dealership.
