Everyone is nice and helpful. Definitely coming back to buy my next car. Manager even helped me to get a rude back to where I was staying where my car had service. my car is all fixed !!!

Not high pressure ,easy to talk to, talked like a real person not like a snooty salesman, didn't push one specific vehicle but let us check them all. After we purchased, the service was excellent. Very happy

As always, Jason delivered an excellent service experience. My appointment was for 10am on a Saturday morning. I dropped off the night before. Jason called me well before 10am to tell me that he had already completed the inspection, tire rotation, and oil change. My car was ready by 1030am. When I picked up my car it was freshly washed and ready to go. My favorite part of Ken Pollack Mitsubishi is that they wash the car every time it is in for service. That is not a.courtesy most dealerships offer.
