I have taken my Outlander Sport here for service since I
I have taken my Outlander Sport here for service since I bought it new in 2018. I dropped it off last night to have the summer tires installed, have the oil changed, and to fix the oxygen sensor wires that are hanging underneath. They informed me that where the oxygen sensor wires mount and a couple other exhaust shields rotted off the vehicle and that the repairs wouldn't be covered by warranty even though I purchased an extended warranty when I bought the car. The service representative made it sound like it was perfectly normal for a 5 year old car with 66k miles to have parts falling off of it. I will not be going there again. They lost me as a customer for good.

Your 5 year or 60,000 mile factory warranty had expired in June 2023. Your extended warranty and anti corrosion warranty are still active. However, your anti corrosion warranty only covers body panels. Bought my vehicle from Ken Pollock Mitsubishi & was very pleased. Since that time I’ve been back for 2 oil changes & tire rotation. My appointment was always scheduled & I have never been disappointed. As soon as I arrive they immediately take the vehicle & begin servicing it. First time I’ve ever been to a dealership where my appointment has never been delayed. Great service!!!

Hectic schedule.
It was great experience with Ken pollock Mitsubishi , Carbondale , one of the best car dealerships I’ve ever encountered. From the spare parts to mechanical, they find ways to get my car fixed with my hectic schedule and the staff are all friendly and professional.

Repairs for a visitor
I was visiting PA from Florida and had an issue with the brakes on my Lincoln MKX. I was familiar with Ken Pollocks because I had work done there before. They scheduled my car for the next day which was fantastic. It took a few days to get the ABS parts but they had the repairs done quickly and professionally.

David is excellent!
David Baum is a great salesman! Very helpful and communicative during the whole process. I needed to have a co-signer removed from my vehicle and trade in. It was a big process but David was excellent and determined to get it resolved quickly. Thank you all at Mitsubishi who helped and made the process less stressful. I love my new car that is now all mine!! Definitely would recommend David and Mitsubishi to all friends and family.

Buyer beware
Dont shop at this dealership. The general manager John is rude and unprofessional. Very unpleasant to speak with. Spoke to him about issues that ive been having with 2 Mitsubishi vehicles that ive had serviced at his dealership and was called a liar, yelled at told not to ever come back to ken pollock dealership un carbondale pa then was hung on. So please do yourself a favor dont buy from them and dont service your vehicles you'll leave that dealership with more problems than what you came in. Obviously they dont want your money with that kind of professionalism
