I bought a lemon
Two days after buying my car engine light came on. I took it to auto zone and had them put the computer on it and it had all kinds of codes. Talk to auto mall and they said pretty much nothing they can do about it. Even tho I'm supposed to have 10 to 15 day warranty on it for engine and transmission. All the problems have to do with the engine and how it operates. Now I'm out $8000 on a junk vehicle. That has several hundreds if not thousands of dollars in repairs. I will never buy from auto mall or Ds auto imports since owned my same people. My car came from Ds car lot but I'm paid at auto mall. EVERYONE BEWARE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF...

Con and lie to customers
I bought my car in 2016 and since then have put in over $3500 in repairs including a new engine. We saw the window was broke when buying it and they only fixed it enought to get it off the lot. Terrible people and business who will rip people off with no problem

Bought a bad car and they won't fix it.
I went in to test drive a few cars and ended up liking one. The salesman let me know that this car had a bad battery, he had to jump start it so I could test drive it. After I ended up liking it he said that they would replace the battery in the morning so that I could pick it up the next day. So I decided to purchase the vehicle. I picked it up the very next day. I filled up the gas tank cause they left it on empty, and it began running really rough. The very next day my check engine light came on. I didn't have time to bring it into the dealership to have it checked out right away, but I did stop by the auto parts store to check the codes so I would know what the issue was. Another 2 days pass, and I go to start my car and the battery was dead. They never replaced the battery. I had to have someone jump start it so I could bring it in to have the battery replaced, which they claimed they had done before I picked it up. They said they could cheek out the engine light on Monday. So we betting it in on Monday, and they say it's an o2 sensor, replace that and send me on my way. 2 days later, I fill my gas tank again and it won't even start. Eventually after sitting for a few min, and trying to start it several times, it finally starts but runs really rough again for a while. The next day the engine light comes on again. Run the codes again, and it's the same code as the first time. Call the dealership and they say they can't get me in for at least a week. When I take it in this time, they say it's another sensor, but they don't have the part and I have to leave it there for a day, leaving me without a car to get to a doctor's appointment and work the next day. Had to use an uber. I'm still waiting to get my car back, but doing research into the code that my engine light is showing, it isn't a sensor, and I know I'm going to have issues again. Do not buy from this dealership unless you have the car checked by a trusted mechanic first.

Easiest purchase. No pressure. Honest and direct!
I found a car on their website Friday night. Went to go the next morning to check it out. Ray was great. Super easy to deal with. The car was in great condition, exactly as he promised. Was an extremely smooth transaction, we never felt pressured, if anything, it felt the exact opposite. would go back there anyday to buy a car!! Thanks Ray and Eddie! I love my new (used) car!

Had a few cars picked out before I arrived. Called ahead and they had them ready. Customer service was no frills, to the point, bottem dollar. Nothing fancy, but they know the high end cars and were very helpful. Would go back

They trated me well
I bought a 2007 Toyota Tundra. It was in really good shape. A little high on mileage, but not bad for a Toyota truck. They did not pressure me, gave me a fair price for my old truck and gave me a good price on the truck. I bought the extended warranty but I expected to have to put some money in It. It needs new breaks and I am voluntarily changing the timing belt to protect myself and the engine. Other than some new filters and some new oil and a few minor light bulbs - that is it after some very good mechanics inspected it. Ray did not guarantee anything and that is how they roll. You can purchase a warranty to give yourself some peace of mind. They helped me with financing and made it easy for me. You never know what you are going to get especially with a used vehicle. I have had good luck and bad luck. These guys did not lie or misrepresent anything. I think I got a really good deal on a four door Tundra with four wheel drive and they treated me fine. Thanks guys

crooked dealer
I bought a Jeep in good faith from these crooks and less than a month later the transmission went out. I ask if they could do 1 of 4 things, refund, exchange, repair or pay for half of the repair. they refused. Do NOT buy anything from these crooks.
