Super happy with my new Jeep SRT! These guys went above and beyond my expectations. Do not let some of these 1 star reviews scare you, these guys are very honest, some people just don't know how used cars roll. I bought the car sight unseen, they offered very reasonable shipping prices so I couldn't refuse. Compared to every dealership in the nation they had the lowest price, I would definitely recommend checking them out. Ask for Waseem, he was amazing!

Drove in from 3.5 hours away (Chicago,IL) Most of their listings showed good deals so I decided to make the trip down to check out a 2014 Mercedes-Benz E-350. They set me up with a test drive very quick, I decided it was the one I wanted so I filled out their credit application for financing. It was slightly more of a wait than I anticipated but they were extremely busy so it was very understandable. Pro-tip fill out the application before you head down to save a bit of time. They got me approved with a good rate, and had me out of there within an hour. Ive had the vehicle for 3 months now and Im still obsessed with it.

I had a pretty good experience with The Auto Mall, I stopped by frequently to check out cars but didn't pull the trigger. I compared them to the other dealerships in Springfield and decided they had the best quality for the price. I ended up buying one after a few weeks. I loved the no-pressure sales staff and they were willing to hold my other vehicle for a few days until I could pick up with someone. Check out the Automall before you go anywhere else!

Great place to buy a used car. Very friendly and honest people, Eddie showed me a few cars and I decided to go with a Jeep Wrangler. They were very quick with everything and got me on my way in 2 and a half hours. I will definitely be coming back to ​Eddie for another car in the future.

Purchased a 2009 Chevy Silverado from ray, called and asked few question and made the trip up, truck was everything he said it was over the phone got a great deal and great truck!

I went to look at an Audi and decided to drive a MB e350 Coupe! There was no comparison between the two! The MB looked great on outside the inside was a little beat up! I mentenioned the price and the damages to the sales guy, he said it’s a used car what do you expect! I said I have bought used cars in pristine condition! I left Auto Mall drove to Bommerrito Mazda West the same day and purchased a Blk 2010 E350 the same day for $1000 less In beautiful condition! I think these cars are either auction cars or the dealership wholesale can’t sale cars! The salesmen seemed a little like they either sold the car or didn’t! No skin off their backs! Either way if I hadn’t test drove the 2010 MB E350 I wouldn’t have been sure of the car I wanted! And to be sure to purchase from a reputable dealership! Thank you Auto Mall of Springfield

I would never buy another car from this dealer. They offer a 15 day warranty on the motor and transmission. What a joke!!!! It is obvious they reset all the codes on these cars just to get them off the lot. Within 12 hours of buying the car the check engine light came on. Took the car to Auto Zone had them check all the codes and the result was a bad intake manifold. Communicated this with Eddie at the dealership to which he replied it was not part of the motor. I replied it is part of the motor as this part brings air into the engine. He asked that we bring the car in so their mechanic could look over the car. There was absolutely no communication, after a couple of days I called about the progress made on the car. I found out they took my car to another mechanic without my knowledge or permission! In the end the dealership paid for the labor and I had to pay over $200 out of pocket for the intake manifold. I felt that this dealership tried to ride this out until my car was no longer under their 15 day warranty! These people are rip off artists!

The car's battery was dead and had to be charged for my test drive. I drove an hour to be there, expected to be on a test drive for about a half hour, and all of that happened. When it came to buying the car, I ended up waiting for 3 hours with little to no interaction or communication. When trying to negotiate prices, they did try to give me a decent deal, but I kept asking for updates and they kept telling me that it shouldn't be too much longer.

This place is a joke. Owner left us outside for 30 minutes before we had to go get him to address some issues. Stated on the phone that the vehicle was in showroom condition. We arrived after driving 3 hours to see the front bumper was cracked in 5 spots as well as the grill was busted out, inner fender was broke in half and fender was cracked as well. Owner flat out lied to us numerous times. I WOULD NOT BUY HERE......Absolutely a joke when it comes to quality cars and honesty. STAY AWAY
