Junk auction vehicles
Drove over 3 hours to purchase a vehicle I saw online. The vehicle had mechanical issues that were not disclosed. No problem this could happen to any vehicle. They said the would fix the issues during the sales process with their on site mechanic. Nothing was fixed and once the papers are signed it's too late. Most of their inventory appears to come from the Chicago area and purchase from dealer only auctions. Their prices are fair but beware what you are getting. I would advise having a mechanic off site check it out. Lots of rust on some stuff (good ol Chicago road salt). I also found the sales staff and finance guy speaking in a foreign language while I was in the office a little bothersome.

Sketchy and unprofessional
I came to visit my family 905 miles away and was in the market for another camaro, this one caught my eye immediately. The process was very fast (that was nice) Pat in sales was great, and Sammy in finance. My dad and I was floored though by the dealer Ray, he seem like he was in a huge hurry with me looking at the car test driving it, that made me very apprehensive. when he took me to finance I said hey will you fill the car before I leave ? He said yes, being the keys to the front when you’re done with paperwork ( I have no idea why he didn’t just do it then). So I finished up the process and I go to the front desk to find him and he’s nowhere to be found and they said that he was with a new customer when he wasn’t even finished with myself. I have bought several cars in the past and I have never experienced a process like that. Luckily the owner of the place came out and handled it. I pray that nothing is wrong with this car, they really need to work on their dealership skills and professionalism if they want to keep this going.

Consider this fact...
...most people do not take the time to write positive reviews. So for every negative review there are potentially hundreds of satisfied consumers. I purchased a vehicle from this dealer sight unseen. I called and Ray answered the phone. I asked him if he could sell me the car over the phone. I had to trust that the vehicle was in the great condition as stated in the ad. I made him a reasonable offer which he accepted. Within minutes I had the paperwork I needed to complete the sale. They offered delivery to my home for $175. A very reasonable price that saved me a 4-hour round trip. When my vehicle arrived and was exactly as described. My first call to Springfield Auto Mall was Wednesday night and my new car was in my driveway Saturday morning. Thank you Ray and everyone else at Springfield Auto Mall for making buying a used car a hassle-free experience. I took a huge leap-of-faith buying a car I had never seen. Thank you for your honesty and integrity.

very bad experience, arrogant xxxxxx. Tried to buy a car and was given arrogant responses to the negotiation process.......will not do business with again, beware.

Awful vehicles
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! My brother and I both bought cars from this dealership and I have had my car in the shop already 15 times in the past year. I have spent over 5,000 on repairs and now I can’t even get the vehicle to start. They rip everybody off and sell people bad working vehicles. Save yourself lots of money and buy a car from any other dealership

Good service
Really good service, the guys there worked hard to pull up the cars as fast as they could. Ended up buying, overall great service and all the options they showed me were super nice for my budget.

Horrible experience
They hooked us all the way to the end only to tell us they couldn't sell the car we already put money on. Told us they didn't have the title on the car at the very end after we had already put money on it. They dodged calls and we're in no way professional. If you have a car for sale on a lot you know from the BEGINNING if you have the title or not. I wouldn't trust these guys.

Excellent Service!
Great service, I inquired about a specialty vehicle they had for sale(2007 Subaru Impreza WRX STI) and as an out of state customer I had my doubts. They seemed reputable based on the type of inventory and reviews they had. I went ahead and arranged an appointment to purchase the vehicle. I flew in and they picked me up from their local air port. Everything went smooth, the car was as described and the paperwork took only 15 minutes to complete. I appreciate the entire staff that worked and helped me get into the car I wanted.
