Went to the dealership because Britney had called me got

Went to the dealership because Britney had called me got me out of the vehicle that I had purchased 6 months ago my fault I should have stayed with that vehicle but Britney is a smooth talker and I test drove a Honda C RV it is a beautiful vehicle but I did tell her I needed to be at the same payments as I was with the other vehicle so she smoothed talked me into a close payment so I agreed once again I could've walked out but the numbers didn't seem that bad. So I went ahead and said ok. Went the next day to finish off the paper work and the financial person said very fast that the bank couldn't do what they said they were going to do with the payments so it was sign here sign here and before I knew it I was buying a vehicle that I can not afford and the total price of the vehicle is almost as much as a brand new vehicle and I'm in a 2017 Honda C RV Total price almost 29,000 for this used vehicle. I am on disability and I really believed everything Britney had told me buy I guess she can sleep at night and have food on here table and take food off my table.. I wish there was a way I could just talk to someone at the dealership but I am ashamed that I signed these papers for this vehicle and never knew how nice the total cost was. But my fault but I still think I was taken advantage of...

Purchasing a car

I was looking for a new Honda CRV hybrid touring with specific trim and color. I contacted 4 dealerships for three months they cannot get what I want. I called Gary Yeomans Honda and after a day or two, they got me what I want. I thank sales person Mr Juan Perez and Mr Mathew Russel for taking care of me. They are very professional and accommodating. The maintenance department did a good job too! Thanks Miss Lisa Klarich for taking care of my car! Even though I waited for three hours for change oil and 2 recalls to be fix, its worth it ! They have a good coffee and popcorn while waiting and very clean restroom. Again, Thank you!

I called about a routine A/C compressor seal warranty

I called about a routine A/C compressor seal warranty job. They have had bad seals on 6 model years now so you think they would stock plenty of seals. Just to be sure I spe ifically asked if they had the part. They said yes and could fix it tomorrow. I have a road trip the day after tomorrow and need the car. No problem, I will leave it all day tomorrow but need it the next day. Don't hear anything all day so I call near the end of the day only to be told they looked at lr but don't have the part. After asking if they could get it from another dealer or vendor, I was told it would take 20 days to ship. Coggin Deland Honda has them and they're 6.2 miles away. More excuses. Finally I said put it together I'm coming for it now. Coggin took me in for the next day and saved my road trip. Don't do business with Yeoman's Honda. Despite what other people have written about sales, their service is ibcompetent. I am not just complaining about this time. I bought a 2018 F-150 from Yeoman's Ford and they screwed me also. Nice Family style business.

Car was fixed the next day by the dealership in Deland and we left on our road trip. Again, why would you let a rubber seal, which you know fails, run out of stock. Such a small price to pay, such a large inconcenience. I know the world has changed, but when I was a mechanic I learned both sides of the game. I worked for 2 prominent Chevrolet dealers in Pittsburgh Pa. Don Yenko and Colussy. Although I worked for Don after the Yenko Super Car era, but before his death I saw him do ANYTHING to get the customer going, including stocking parts. Colussy, the same thing. That's why Colussy is the oldest Chevrolet dealer in the U.S. xxxx a stupid little part like that, I used to keep in my tool box just in case.

General service and tire replacement

Everyone was friendly and professional. The wait time was reasonable. The waiting area was clean.
