Overall experience

Service was completed in a timely manner. However, it was not until time of payment that I was informed that my promised complementary car wash could not be completed because the car wash was broken. Then, when the person brought the car around after payment, they locked the keys in the car. This caused a lengthy delay in leaving because they had to cut a new key in order to open the car door.

I had been using a dealership further north. Service there was taking longer and longer even with appointments. Had an opportunity to come here, my customer service rep was efficient and friendly, the facility was bright, clean and comfortable. And I was in and out. Just was an overall nice experience.

window tint

Bought a new vehicle last month, and decided to add some tinting. Was able to secure an appointment easily. Waiting area was comfortable and refreshments available. Very pleased with the workmanship.

Horrible experience salesman disappear

They sold me a used Ford Bronco Sport telling me it could be flat towed behind a coach witch is what I was buying it for!!!! When I wanted to return it 2 days later they played the disappearing salesmen game to stall me off till it was past the three date return period. Ended up having to trade it and took a 3000.00 hit in three days!!!?????

Great service at Gary Yeoman Honda

I brought my 2019 Honda CRV for oil change. They did MPVI and recommended coolant, filter and front end alignment. All done timely and professionally. Service manager Lisa Klarich is great.
