This week my daughter and I purchased a pre-owned car for her from Lee Automotive. Our Sales Consultant was Bob Weller, who did a great job advising us on which cars suited our needs and price range. Then he sent us emails describing several cars, and listing all the information we needed to narrow down our search. When we finally went to the dealership to test drive cars, Bob patiently answered all our questions and accompanied us on our drives. He gave us ample time to discuss our purchase privately, and compare cars using Consumer Reports. At no time did I feel pushed or hurried into making a decision. I also feel Bob tried hard to get us a fair price, although it was slightly higher than expected, due to the dealer's fee. A buyer should take this fee into consideration, when deciding how much to spend on a car. Overall, I was pleased with our car-buying experience and would not hesitate to recommend Lee Automotive and Bob Weller to anyone looking for a per-owned car.

All was good until we were signing the paperwork - it showed a "Delivery Fee", but every salesman was so happy to tell us that the car we purchased was acquired right on that lot. Our questions was "Where was it delivered from?" The only answer we got was "every lot adds in a delivery fee". Thank you -
