Was very disappointed with the service department had appointment scheduled for 17 Mach at 0830 took them almost three hours to get my truck in the bay for service. No one briefed me about the delays I was experiencing only thing I was told thaht they were waiting on the proper technician and that was about 2 hours after I checked in

Bought a used truck from Noah
Worked w/ Noah to purchase a used truck. Had some concerns about the underside of the vehicle after noticing an engine splash guard that was in pretty rough shape. He was more than willing to put the truck up on a lift so I could check it out. Also appreciate his patience w/ my numerous questions as we went thru the buying process.

Would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. After taxes I paid 31k for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was “certified” meaning was supposed to be inspected thoroughly to be certified. Well after purchasing it I noticed the rear door lock didn’t work and it shook horribly at 75mph and up to the point I couldn’t drive it on the interstate. Their test drive route doesn’t allow highway speeds. I took it back for them to fix it and after a WEEK of them having it I got it back and it still shook and they said they replaced the motor mounts because that is what they “thought” caused the shaking and a door lock actuator for the lock. Well I had to drive an hour back to them and sit and wait while they tried to balance the tires and it fixed it. And here I am a month later and the engine is tapping and transmission is shifting weird. Also the automatic lift gate is crooked and they tried to “adjust” it but couldn’t get it straight and I was told to take it to a body shop to have it looked at and here I am having to pay 450$ to have it fixed because well it’s been hit in the rear before and the hinges are bent. But it was inspected so well to be certified lmao. The salesman was awesome and deserves to work for a more honest place! And I’ve sent texts to the sales manager and he hasn’t text me back. Beware guys and gals.

Not trustworthy
Terrible experience from the start. Hindsight red flags throughout and still dealing with it. Dealership got me down there by saying the truck I was looking for was on the lot. It was not. Deceptive practices from this dealership. More to come!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE
Absolute worst experience that I have ever gone through with a vehicle/dealership. I left my truck for about five days with a sensor they had it on out and out of nowhere they called me to say they couldn’t fix anything because they didn’t have a wheel lock and we’re going to charge me $300 when it wasn’t even necessary to take off the wheels. Have the audacity to call me in soon they were going to work on it and when I came to pick it up they said they didn’t touch the vehicle at all and that I had to get bodywork done on it or they weren’t touching it at all, and they did not even let me know a single thing about it. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
