Paul Dicarlo was more than helpful through out my whole car buying experience. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible along with John Wilner and Sue in the finance dept. Don't waste your time!

I was very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. We wanted to put a deposit on a vehicle and secure financing, but we were pressured to finance through the dealership and they would not take a deposit to hold the car. It was a complete waste of our time and I would not recommend you shop here unless you are prepared to finance through them and pay a high interest rate or pay cash for the car.

Gus was very low-pressure and made me feel very...

Gus was very low-pressure and made me feel very comfortable while discussing the 2018 Nissan Versa which I eventually purchased. He kept me informed when the insurance was not responding promptly, and made sure he got the car ready as promptly as possible. I'm very happy with the car and the service I received from Gus and others involved, and look forward to returning when I need another vehicle. Thanks!

avoid at all cost. “One thing lead to another PHIL VERBALLY GOT LOUD AND Aggressive. as i tried to walk away and leave he got up and PHYSICALLY FOLLOWED ME IN AN Aggressive MANOR WHILE STILL VERBALLY ANTAGONIZING ME. The manager JOHN had to PHYSICALLY REMOVE PHIL and get in between me and him” Walked in with an appointment to see an electric car. before wanting to sit down with the sales rep, i wanted to make sure there was a charge on the vehicle if not there was no point in me continuing the appointment. this is where it gets fun. rep PHIL informed me they didn’t know i was coming. then i asked him to check on the charge b4 i continue with the appointment. he did not like that and said unless i comply with him there was no test drive. i asked for a manger says he was busy. One thing lead to another PHIL VERBALLY GOT LOUD AND Aggressive. as i tried to walk away and leave he got up and PHYSICALLY FOLLOWED ME IN AN Aggressive MANOR WHILE STILL VERBALLY ANTAGONIZING ME. The manager JOHN had to PHYSICALLY REMOVE PHIL and get in between me and him P.S. If you do need to do business here Ask for John and Gustavo. They are amazing people who ended up treating me with respect.
