Gus is the man!!!

was in need of a car and what better place than where I’ve purchased before? 3 years later I’m BACK and Gustavo was a tremendous help. He guided me in my search for my next vehicle and was very knowledgeable on the make and models. Highly recommend stopping by Automax and also would recommend you work with Gus!

Gus Maratao

Gus gave me nothing but the best service when i was at Automax! he made everything very simple and was able to walk me through everything with ease. Him and his team gave me the utmost respect and got me in and out with a deal everyone was happy with. I was able to drive away the same day with my new BMW, Thank you Gus for making this possible for me!

Paulo B. was really helpful in facilitating the entire process and making it as pain free as possible. I was able to pick up my car the same day and registration was completed then and there saving me the hassle of an RMV visit. I would definitely recommend this dealership for their prices and fantastic customer service.

This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car! Phil, John, and Ana absolutely were awesome! I cannot thank you all enough! My car is great too! I test drove it Friday and drove it home Saturday. I would definitely recommend purchasing a car here. My brother is looking at the website as I write this :)

Easiest car buying experience ever!

I bought an Audi off of a lease in very good condition from Automax Attleboro. Do some research on the car you want. Look carefully at the Carfax, which they provide online. Maybe set up a loan from your bank so you have a number to work with. The car I was watching dropped in price just before I went in, so I felt no need to haggle, and I knew from comparisons that it was a good deal. Mauro was very helpful in giving me information and then working with Silas (in finance) to get me an awesome rate, better than the one I had set up. They informed me about things like gap insurance and the extended warranty, but they did not push me at all on those things. It literally took me an hour and a half to buy the car. They took care of everything (except the inspection) and it was ready in three days. It was they easiest car buying experience I have ever had! Great job Mauro and Silas.

new truck

Paulo my sales associate was great. He worked with me the whole way. I told him what I wanted to spend and he got my payments to within a couple dollars of where I wanted to be. The whole process to about 2 hours total and I was done. I love my truck and would definitely recommend this dealer to my friends and family.

Bad experience

Was treated like I could not afford to buy a car. The person who I spoke with was very arrogant, gave me kind of an attitude.

Lack of communication

LETS BE CLEAR I DIDN'T PURCHASED A CAR WITH THEM. I called about an RAV4 in the framingham. I asked them to ship it to Attleboro location. I set a time and day to visit. When I went today, they sold the car. How the xxxx you sale a car that was transferred just for us? And they didn’t even told us about it. Lack of communication. If a place doesn’t practice the fundamentals of a good business, like communication, then it’s not worth your business.
