Incompetent management with little, to no, transparency. When completing the sale it took the finance guy multiple tries to print forms with accurate information and then couldn't even find some of the necessary title transfer documents. Once the sale was completed the store team did not answer or return calls and when they did finally answer, lied about expected delivery dates. Buying from these guys was such a headache - if you value your own time and sanity you're better off going literally anywhere else. The salesman, Javani, was friendly, helpful, and insightful though.

I would recommend Freddie to work with as a salesperson. He was great, helpful, informative and professional. He was patient and made the car buying process not as stressful. Freddie looked into and answered all questions in a timely manner. I was fortunate to have worked with him. He worked hard to get me the best possible deal on my vehicle as well as for my trade-in. Booked an appointment to buy a used Acura. Called before leaving since it was over an hour away and confirmed availability and appointment. Upon arrival some else was test driving the vehicle and I was told they had booked an appointment also. Two faced liars right to my face, I was 10 min early for my apt and it didn't matter if I wasted my time and they didn't seam to care. They're there to sell cars I can't hold it was the managers reply even though that wasn't what they told me when I made the apt.. If someone plans an appointment and drives that far you should at least extend the common curtesy of holding it for the time it takes to travel or am I missing something. Never buy anything from this dealer!!!
