The place really sucks wouldn’t recommend anybody buying a vehicle from them. They don’t stand by the status. I referred people over to them and they never gave me $100 that they promised and besides that they did not go back on their words on the card that I had purchased I wouldn’t recommend anybody buying James Mitsubishi and Rome the worst car dealership I ever been attended

Good morning Scott, This is now the second online review that I have responded to in the last two days. While I understand your frustration over a feature not working to take it out on employees who have tried to help you hardly seems fair. When you took delivery of your new vehicle you were experiencing some issues with your "M-Connect" services. The salesman promptly escaladed this to their attention and you were given a case number and a course of action that they planned on taking. Unfortunately, that process is not one that we are able to speed up any further otherwise we would have. To this point the salesman, service manager and a sales manager have all been involved in this in trying to get it sorted so to go to social media making allegations that you have been left alone with no help doesn't seem fair. Despite this review we have not stopped working to get this issue resolved for you and we will not stop until it is completed. I hope in the future you realize that doing this on social media was unnecessary and would take this very one sided review down especially since your opening line was that you "absolutely love" your new vehicle. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!SCAMMERS!
This is the worst dealship in Rochester NY. Total scammers, if you go on the BBB sight, you'll see all the complaints. Totally unprofessional. Sold my 85 yr grandfather a 30k used car filthy, that was broken into.. Fighting w them for the 5 k down that disappeared and have a receipt. Finance supervisor and other ones hang up. Never answer phone. I will be hiring a lawyer and suing this place. Insane the multiple excuses we got! Nothing but problems w this dealership. Never seen so many unprofessional ppl in one place! We all buy new cars. I will steer everyone from this xxxx hole!
