bait and switch
I am a working mother of three teenage boys who when attempting to purchase my son’s first car was struck by the oldest used car salesperson game the bait and switch. The Car Factory in Hollywood completely disregarded my time and patience. I honestly would like to profile what an absurd disrespect these games impact the consumer. We had our funds in hand, respected their time being assured before our 45 minute drive the car was not sold. Once arriving the typical squawk of salespeople approached us and claimed the car may be in Miami if not sold. My inner mama lion came out. Sales manager Alex Medizabal tried to bamboozle me not directing his attention to me whom was talking but to my husband who was equally upset but admittedly more calm than I. I may be a woman but will not be treated like a stupid fool. I appreciate that you have many violations addressed to you daily, however would like to shine light on the oldest trick in the book. Thank you for offering consumers an outlet to be treated respectfully in a notoriously unsavory used car arena car dealerships ...time to do right things right!.

Bait and switch
I saw two cars online that I was interested in and called the dealership to confirm they were on the lot and available. I was told yes and made an appointment that afternoon. When I got there I was told one car was sold and the other was being serviced at a different location. I looked online as I walked around the lot and there were approximately 15 cars advertised that were the model I was interested in but not one of them were actually there. It seemed they were more interested in signing me up for financing than actually selling me a car and immediately lost interest when I said I would be paying cash and didn't need a loan. Overall, my impression is that they are scammers looking to take advantage of people with less than perfect credit who have to finance through them.

Staff was nice and helpful. They really made the experience pleasant and satisfying. They even let my daughter ring the I bought a car bell. Based on my experience here I would highly recommend them.

DONT WASTE your time!!!!!
Dont jump for joy when that bell is rang. They are full of xxxx!! WORST place ever!!!! I have never been to a place that approves you for a price in one of their office and it when you go to the finance office the price changes AGAIN in a matter of seconds!!! Then you get a call from them a couple of weeks stating some forms are "pending" to be signed which is another lie!! Come to find out that they ran our credit and found a "better" deal and the our monthly payments went up AGAIN!!!! DONT WASTE your time here!!! Then when you ask for an explanation it's a finger pointing game and you are basically forced to sign or get the car repossessed because the original forms are no longer valid!!!!

Facilities were clean, respectable workers and got me into an amazing car would recommend to friends. sales manager took care of me I didnt have any extra charges on the paperwork

Gianni is a big con artist and Boths George’s that work there sales man and finance manager the deal didn’t go through now they want to keep a 5000$ deposit

Look else where..! Don’t waste time here.
I would have given a negative million stars because they have waste my whole day. They won’t reveal their actual prices and there will be a fine print in every advertisement with $5000 down payment. What a joke..! On top of it you will never find any car you see in online and They will never ever update their website with the current inventory. This was the worst car dealer I have ever visited.
