Don't buy a car here. You will regret it. They lie about everything and make promises they will not keep even when they put it in writing. They do not return calls. If we could return the car we would. Worst experience ever. Read all their bad reviews, I wish we would have. You do not want to deal with George Gill and Rafael. Please don't respond to this by saying you are sorry for our experience because that seems to be what you tell all your unhappy customers but car factory in hollywood and miami are the worse.

Deceitful and false advertising

They advertise a price and then when you show up they change the price. It is know that prices change with dealer fees, tax, and title. But if you advertise a $19,941 and charge $28,000 when you show up it is deceitful and false advertising. Stay away. Vin 1FATP8UH1K5115533 their stock 993563

Deceiving

I was shopping for a car and found this dealer on cars.com. When I got there the car I wanted was actually $5000 more and they kept saying that the price online was only for financing at a certain rate. The salesman was constantly referring to a disclaimer under the online price that wasn’t in fact mentioning anything about a change in price. They have plenty of cars, you can go there but don’t expect to pay anything near the price that was advertised.

This Dealer is full of crap, they do false advertisement to bring people in and they have a lot of hide fees , they are liars , i saw a sienna for $18,000 and my out of the door price that they give me after 3 hours waiting was $28000, I do not recommend any serious buyer to buy there or to even bother to waste your time there.

Low-Life Scammers

They listed 6 Nissian Versa Note on their website. All with similar mileage and 2016 or 2017 years. Called dealer, confirmed the "gray" one was available, it was. Went to dealer. Had to complete credit application first before even looking at the car. Took about 45 minutes then the salesman took me to "manager". He told me that they didn't have any Versa Notes in-stock. Out of the 6, the "gray" one I wanted had a mechanical issue and was being fixed. 2 others were just purchased and the other 3 still at the auction place would be in-stock in 3-4 days. The convinced me to test drive the "Versa", 2018. It was nice but more expensive. The website showed that specific car (same VIN and stock#) for $8299. About 500 higher than the Versa Note. I decided to buy the car. When presented with the paperwork the price of the car jumped to 11,280. As soon as I pointed out the price on the website the manager clicked a small "show details" link and it stated they could add anything to the price of the car. He told me that he intentionally list the car below his cost and that if I wanted to buy it the price was 11,280. THIS IS BEFORE TAXES AND REGISTRATION. They are scammers. They bait and switch and clearly admit to it. Stay away from this dealer!

This business is a Scam

I was mislead into their facility with a bogus and dishonest listing price on the internet. Prepare to pay 5k more for the vehicle and get ready to be pushed around with a high interest credit.. That is what their business is all about. Do not waste your time going there...

False Advertising

False advertising on cars doesn't exist or already sold. I found one of their cars online on Saturday August 17th and called the number to make sure they still have the car. I was told they have the car. I told the person on the phone I will be there like 1 hour because dealership it is about 40 miles from where I live. When I went their sales office ,one of the sales person came up to me and asked me how he can help. I showed the print out for the car and I said like to take a look at it and buy this car. He took my information( name, email, address , phone number and asked my driving license to make a copy) he came back like 10 min later and said he talked to his manager sand manager said car is in the shop and getting certified and not available to look at today but he can show me other similar cars. He said it will be ready to on Monday possible maybe Sunday and he would call me when it is ready. I asked if he could hold the car because I am very interested and I want to buy it. He said He promise he will hold it for me. I called the sale person on Sunday morning few times he didn't respond, he texted back he would call me but never called me hours till late Sunday like 4.30 pm. Finally he called and I answered, I told my name and reminded him why and which car I am calling for. He said let me check and responded in 5 second, I am sorry car didn't pass the certification. What does real mean to a customer? If car didn't pass the certification why is on market for sale for days or maybe weeks in advance ? Just like any other most dealers they false advertise on already sold cars or cars don't exist and waste people time. I wasted my half-day on Saturday instead of spending time with my family. Someone needs to do something about it because there is no honesty in this business. I called the office line to make a complain and guess what ? the number on sales persons business card can "Magic Jack" Internet phone number. It is like a joke.

Cars are falsely priced on line

So I called and spoke with somebody from their central office because I wanted to come from New York to purchase a car. I read some comments made by others. I specifically asked if the listed prices of the cars were $5000 more than what they were listed for as stated by another person. I was assured that they were the listed price so I booked a ticket for Me and my two sons one way to Florida and figured I would visit some relatives while I was there ....purchase a car and drive back. I went into the Miami dealer and picked out a car and the guy who is the sales person pretty much laughed at me and said no these cars are $5000 more than what they are listed for. I was frustrated so I called the one 800 number and spoke to somebody from their centralize answering service. She told me no the prices are as listed. so I said OK where are you located ? she said she was at the Hollywood car factory outlet. so I spent two hours and drove over there to see one of the cars. The person who was in Hollywood was a little nicer . I even explained to him the person I spoke with two hours ago said these were the actual prices. I had a specific name and they also told me the cars were $5000 more and she was new and didn’t know .This pricing is so people will go in and talk with them about cars. The manager proceeded to come over to talk to me and explain the banks that repossess these cars allow them to list them for $5000 under to get people to come in to purchase them . They did not make things right with me they made me a couple of silly offers. So I ended up booking tickets home for me and my kids. They did absolutely nothing to make up for all the time lost and money lost. They need to start changing the prices of these cars to actually what they really are going to be selling for. Not minus 5000. Don’t apologize to me about my experience ... this is done on purpose.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

Salesman are crooks the prices of the cars aren’t accurate because they don’t take into account a 5000 dollar down payment that is mandatory even if your buying the vehicle cash and don’t want to finance them. They’ll likely tell you something along the lines of “the vehicle your looking for is at one of our other facilities” then they’ll try and offer you something else, classic bait and switch. Overall just don’t come here. If they’re willing to be this dishonest and slimy before you buy from them I don’t even want to begin to imagine the kind of sleazy tactics they have for the poor souls who choose to do business with them. STAY AWAY!
