The staff at the Hollywood location were very dishonest. They told us that the price on the cars.com website was after a $5000 deposit after we had spent 2 hours there. The addition of the $5000 would have put the price $3000 over the fair market value. They are very dishonest!

Unfair pricing ad and rebuilt cars.

Just avoid this place. They'll persuade to buy đź’©đź’©... Worked with me. They repair their cars like they know buyers don't have the eye for it. I had to take it to a bodyshop for them to tell me why the surface was rough around the car. They also told me the dents were just sprayed over. They stink at masking bumpers. Overspray on vinyl parts. Nice staff but the mustang I got has dents that I thought were minor. I took it to a body shop and they informed me that your team worked on the car haphazardly and didn't even polish the spot painting areas they painted over. They want to charge me almost $900 for the repairs that your guys said were minor. I know you guys did the work because Johan showed me the pictures. The bumper came out alright. Johan has been leaving me hanging since I bought the car that the dealership might pay for the damages after he speaks to his manager about it, since I wanted to return the car right away. I work 6 days a week with 4 over nights on top of that. I trusted him so I waited for his repsonse instead of returning the car right away. I'm still waiting for his answer. This dealership is a scam. Those dents chipped through the paint. I didn't know until after the fact. They have no return policy and they disclose after the time of sale even thiugh they told me I could bring it back within a week. I tried but the fool(Johan) said that he was going to ask the manager if they could cover the damages. They run your credit carelessly. I gave them 2 chances. I received 9 letters in the mail. That's not good for my credit...

Don't shop there

Don't ever buy there the price online is not real ....they are here to RIP you off , long waiting time and really a bad customer service

Awful buying process

I already decided and picked out a car, even agreed upon price...only to wait 2 hours and 45mins without moving forward!! I don't think any paperwork takes that long to put together. Especially seeing as they already took my down payment.

Ridiculous and Dishonest

For everything you see online, you have to ADD 5 thousand.... just to lure you to the store. Besides that, you call then, ask if there is anything to add at the price they dont mention the 5 thousand. Another thing is, you call asking if the car is there, they say yes, after you arrive they say it was just sold ! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Buying a new car

I’m a first time buyer and this was a scary but great experience, for the first time. Robert really helped me with the payments and lowering the price !!

Hands down i had a wonderful experience. I was able to purchase a car that I’ve been needing to get around at a price I’d be able to pay which is super important. Thanks Diego and the staff for helping me out !

DO NOT GO HERE.

STRONGLY ADVISE - Don’t go here. If you’ve went on their website and saw good prices and think you’re getting a good deal......think again because the price you see there doesn’t include an additional $5000 “Downpayment” fee. It doesn’t matter if you’re buying cash or financing. Once you start inquiring about the prices by calling or emailing, they won’t bother getting back to you because there banking on people to come in thinking there gonna get a good deal when they are really trying to scam you.

Bait and switch

I had several phone conversations prior to driving 60 miles to go see a car that I was assured would be at the Hollywood location. During these calls I was told that there were no dealer fees and the advertised price was the actual price and the only additional costs would be tax, tag and title. When I arrive to my scheduled appointment with the Manager, Gil, it was obvious that the car I saw on line was not there. A salesperson filled out a form on line including name, address, phone number and financing information (we were not going to be financing the car). Once Gil became available, he called me in his office and assured me that the car I saw on line was in their inventory and they could get it and he went on to explain that they were a bank dealership (whatever that is) and that they counted on people financing their vehicles. He said that the on line cost of the car did not include a $5,000.00 down payment. I explained that I spoke to representatives from the dealership no less than 5 times and I was told that the price on line was the cost of the vehicle. He replied “that helps us motivate people to come in.” I spent 3 hours of my time for a lying, dishonest dealership!

An amazing experience overall!!!

I had no idea what I was really looking for being a first time car buyer but with all the help and great service I ended up leaving more than satisfied and with an beautiful car that didn’t hurt my pocket. Thank you for the awesome customer experience !
