CARMEN WAS AMAZING! Carmen was very professional and helped me find a vehicle really quick! We sat there and talked about my situation and i could see carmen looking through options that fit my needs and budget. Carmen was straight foward, not a lot of dealership are like that, honest, nice, and professional. Carmen and i went through the paper process and she explained to me, with each paper, what it was about before i signed, loved it!! I, being the overthinker and doubts, asked Carmen questions about the car and what the dealership would do if i had any issue with the vehicle in short time, Carmen took initiative and showed me where the car service was, and how to submit appointments with them through the website, she explained what they could do and how to contact them if anything happens. During the paper we had to wait, and it was getting really late, but carmen was always checking up on me and offered me drinks and snacks, so nice!! The place was also great they had good music playing, the managers introduced themselves to me and were very polite (mario and carden/cardan) this place was not as bad as the other reviews i read on this website. I would recommend this place to any buyer and i would mostly recommend them to speak to carmen, she keeps it real.
