Gave us problems about test driving the car and let us...

Gave us problems about test driving the car and let us only take it around the block. Gave excuses of why we had to sign the same documents 2 different times. Took us from our credit union where we already had the loan and did the loan from a different credit union which is not convenient. When we said we wanted to think on it, the salesman got rude and wanted the down payment right then and there. I had to get very firm that we were not leaving a down payment. Even though they said that the car was ours, they were back and forth on actually letting us take the car. The key fob was missing it's buttons but said they wouldn't fix it or replace it unless we bought the warranty for $600 and that was for the key fob only. Lied to us about when we would get the car. We got it 3 days after it was promised and even then we weren't sure we were going to get it. DO NOT do business with them. Run as fast as you can the other way.

Great service w/Benson

Great knowledge and quick actions. Honest and had integrity with back story information of vehicle. Showed service records when ask without hesitation. Would recommend to friends, family, and anyone in-between.

Great service department

Great service and communication. Upfront about cost. Limited up selling and great with warranty work. I’ve been satisfied with the entire process. Just need better coffee in the waiting room

EXTREMELY DISHONEST. Bait and switch. It’s the most well oiled machine too. They know what they are doing. And they take pride in it. They have you sign documents on an iPad. In doing so they are able to add warranties you didn’t want or need. They increased the sale of the car we purchased for $16000 and we walked out paying over $23000. Hidden fees all through it. And when we expressed that we weren’t please they said “you signed the papers”. I realize as a customer I need to understand what I sign. I’ve just never had anyone be so shady in the wording that they were able to get us to sign for two more warranties all under the assumption that we were signing for one. My husband even said we don’t want the theft warranty and Brad still had us sign for it. On the iPad you have no idea what they just showed you. Always have them print the documents. I would never recommend this place. Also, we traded in our Car and they told us one price and we got $500 less then what they quoted. And they kept saying, oh it’s in the tax. We should have walked but we were so naive. We are just sick about this. We are out so much money and all because we trusted people to do good business. I honestly don’t know how they sleep at night. We tried to work with them to reverse the sale. Trade it back in. We thought it was an AWD, and when we got home (15 miles away) we realized it was a FWD SUV🤦🏼‍♀️ We tried to have them help us get out of the deal. They wouldn’t. We then printed the paper work and that is when we saw the lies and deception. We went to speak with them in person. Grin the sales manager was smug and rude. He at one point said “do you not know how to do basic math”. It was shameful. Grin, Brad and Mitch are a very well oiled machine. Watch out. We have since found that our inspection that we paid $$$$ for was a lie as well. The speakers are blown, and the USB doesn’t worm. Can’t listen to my phone music. Run don’t walk away from this company. They are awful. I’ve gone and read reviews on this company and this story is everywhere. Crooks

Dishonest Add On Fees Do NOT Use

We went to see a vehicle there. The sales man called us daily. We went back for a second look. They said the only way they would even give us a price was if we agreed to buy the car that night. Then they add on almost $3000 in various dealer fees and say that you have to pay them. In reality you do NOT have to purchase any of those items, they just make it seem like you do and do it to suck more money out of you. They also make you sign on an ipad where you can hardly read the print. In addition they make you wait around for hours so you are just so fed up you want to sign and get out of there. Be aware!! Run!! Do NOT use this dealer!!

Incredible service experience. Kevin and team got my maintenance done and fixed my window without having to replace it! That's what I call honest ethics and workmanship! Loved the proactive updates throughout the day regarding the status of my car. Very satisfied with the final bill amount! Will be taking all my cars here for service!

Greed over Customer Service

This Dealer has horrible business practices. We purchased a 2019 Pathfinder for what I would call an reasonable terms. We put several thousand down and even an extra 500 to get the monthly payments where we wanted. Since then I reached out about how to change the console tempature types (couldn't find in the menus). Also required some weird process to get the mobile app to work. The sales person agreed to call me back to assist with the first item. The sales person called me two day's later and to my surprise I didn't get any assistance to my questions. Instead I get a demand for $200 more dollars. Apparently the dealer decided not to double check my trade-ins payoff before agreeing to it (Only went off my screenshot). So the correct pay off was 200$ more. I asked to speak to the Finance manager. He called me back and explained that the fine print and salesperson go over the fact that the buyer is responsible for the payoff difference. So yes I didn't review the fine print and maybe didn't udnerstand all of the points after being at the dealership for 4 hours at 9 PM an a Wednesday night. The problem I have is the dealer made the mistake (admited by the "SR FINANCE MANAGER") and I was being punished. So I will fulfill the legal requirement of 200 dollars but will never do business with Tim Dahle again. Please stay away from Tim Dahle Nissan as they only care about $200 instead of repeat customers. Especially in a pandemic.

Deceitful business practices in the service department!! I was lied to multiple times by Dixie, my service advisor regarding repairs that needed to be done to my car. DO NOT go to this dealership!

Zero Integrity and dishonest.

Do not trust the service department at this dealership. My service advisor, Dixie, blatantly lied to me on multiple occasions regarding repairs that needed to be done to my vehicle. Very deceitful and dishonest business practices here. Don't waste your time here.
