Came in for an oil change, everything went well and I was in and out pretty quickly. Staff was personable and didn't try to talk me into any services I didn't need unlike other places I have been to.

Horrible customer service be aware never go there. Their lifetime warranty for the vehicles is a lie. The only way to obtain that lifetime warranty is to buy the additive that the mandatory sell you on every oil change which makes it very expensive if you take the car to another dealership or you do the oil change yourself and you do not add that additive you will lose the warranty. Nissan factory does not recommend adding any aftermarket fluids to their vehicles when they are under factory warranty I do not understand why this dealership gets away with this I have worked at dealerships both in California on the west coast and in Miami Florida on the East Coast and ask her Nissan USA you are not allowed to add additives under factory warranty. This place is a scam be aware their technicians or children or their not properly trained. We had a problem with this place from the first day we purchased a vehicle we should have known better nothing the salesman said was true all those shiny flashy awards that they have on their desk don't mean anything when they're lying to your face and the management stands behind them and their customer service is horrid.

Do not go there
Be aware of this dealership it is a scam. Please read all reviews before you purchase any vehicle at this establishment. They have horrible customer service all they care about is selling cars and once you do they forget about you and what you're worth. Their technicians do not know how to do their job I do not know if it's incompetence or lack of training. Management is a joke the salesman are sharks. Their lifetime warranty they offer is a lie unless you buy the additive that Nissan motors does not recommend you to add to vehicles under factory warranty but somebody is lining their pockets with the money that is made pushing this aftermarket additive I'm a brand new car. They find things wrong with your car they advise you it's going to take 4 to 5 days and they do not offer loaners like what are you supposed to do. No compassion they really just don't care about their customer base. My wife's car is 6 months old and they advised me that it's leaking transmission fluid from the transfer case which does not sound right for a car that's 6 months old sounds to me like they want to charge the warranty for something they're probably not going to do. Either way they said the repair will take 4 to 5 days and they do not even offer a loaner but they did advise me that Lexus does offer loaners implying I should just go buy my car elsewhere. That is pretty stupid for any employee to say to a customer. They also wanted my wife to pay extra labor because the technician cannot remove the cabin filter from where it goes he wanted more labor time like it's our fault he does not know how to do his job that's the filter that came with the car when we purchased it that is a technician problem a management problem it's somebody's problem but not a customer problem.

Beware of sharks in the service department. I needed a simple plastic under-body shield installed under the car. I was advised to bring down the vehicle so they could get an accurate estimate for removing the 10 screws and 5 tabs holding the damaged one in place and installing the new one. I obliged and made an appointment and brought the car to them. The service advisors did not follow through to have the car looked at by a tech, instead, he estimated $175.00 to do the job stating there would be complications in that the driveshaft was involved, and etc, etc. There was no mention by the service guys that this was a high estimate and that it could cost less. I declined and had my own mechanic do the work. No driveshaft issues. A simple removal of the screws and tabs, out with the old one and in with the new one. It took him 30 minutes. I have pictures to show, no drive shaft or other issues. So when service advisors at dealership encounter skeptical or suspicious customers, here's the reason!

Car was overheating and so we took it in. The service workers Kassandra and Kevin were very informative about what the issue could be. They called and gave me a few options and were completely honest about what would happen if we tried to send a claim under the extended warranty. Issue ended up being pretty simple and not worth going through the hassle of the claim being denied. Video was sent of the diagnoses and fix!

Dealership ran credit history prior to signing any agreement. Dealership did not honor internet price. Did not honor msrp price. False advertising. Finance manager was rude, not giving full facts, did everything he could to not sell us a car. GM said he didn’t want our business because, someone else will pay more. Definitely not a first come first serve.

I disagree Tim Dahle has given any thought to changing their customer service culture, providing any etiquette training to their employees. 10+ interaction, over the course of at least 10 yeArs at each tim Dahle location has been very unsatisfactory. The only thing worthy of your business is the amazing auto repair service which is within par with everyone else. Your sales/finance team gap of customer service is so far off, it’s indescribable. Don’t take this feedback from me, I suggest you hire a world class third party to audit yourself.

We knew I didn't have any credit so we had a cosigner. We found a car online and asked to see it, then we went in and went on a short test ride, We were told my credit situation would be no problem. They offer a life service plan and they make it sound like they are giving it to you just because you are dealing with them, but they won't let you leave until you sign paperwork. Small print says they charge an extra 3000 for the service plan. Your down payment is non refundable and the bottom line we paid 1100 and they made it sound like they just needed to detail the car and we could pick it up in the morning. Well 5 days later with us calling everyday, made us come in to tell us I can't qualify, and they won't return my money. What a SCAM!!!!!!
