Ford Fusion, Titanium

Quoted a Price on their advertisement, after purchasing, found out they charged 8 thousand over advertisement, They will not answer my phone calls, or texts. they say one think, and fail. Wish I would have checked them out on Better Business before going there, also their reviews are really eye opening

I’ve never been treated so terrible by a salesman in my entire life. James, “Jimmy James” is a complete disgrace to Tim Dahle’s otherwise reputable name. He lied to us about what was and was not included in the asking price, insulted us for wanting a 60 month finance term vs 72 month, and straight up called us liars when we outlined our financing rate/terms with the current Nissan I have. How often do you hear of a salesman storming in the finance office to y’all at his customers who were moments away from finalizing the deal? Baffling. The immense disrespect and lack of general customer service was enough for us to walk away from the deal with zero regret on the spot. Extremely disappointed in my experience with this dealership. There are SO many Nissan dealerships in Utah! I’d suggest shopping at literally any other one.

Had a great experience. SJ Johnson was really patient and helpful with my dad who is sometimes harder to explain things to. Worked hard to minimize our time at dealership, as I needed to get back home to my daughter who recently had surgery.

Do NOT buy from Tim Dahle

The absolute WORST experience. We confirmed the price of a car several times (verbally and in writing) and told them that we would fly out (during this pandemic!) the next day, buy the car then drive the 10 hours home. Here we are on our layover with a text saying the price was a mistake and it would be $9k more than the price we discussed. What?! We said you’d better figure this out before we get there. When we arrived, the dealership was completely unprofessional - all the salesmen were sitting around on their phones, desks a mess with food, etc. Long story short, we came up a bit on price and they came down a bit but not as much as we wanted. So we walked out and had to buy plane tickets home. Just a $1000 round trip for nothing... thanks, Tim Dahle!!! Two other things that show how terrible this dealership is: 1) when we went to look at the car we wanted to buy, it was filthy inside. Crumbled up chips in the cup holders, dusty exterior. 2) these moron “salesmen” couldn’t even come up with alternatives for us... they had a similar used Armada in the lot plus an Infiniti that we saw on the website that NO ONE could even think to show us. We would have loved to see those and probably bought one so we wouldn’t have to get on a plane again. I’m glad they didn’t though, I’d rather give my money to anyone else but them.

Buyer beware

Caveat Emptor-Let the buyer be aware. We traveled from out of state to purchase a vehicle that was on sale. To start off one salesman said it had already been sold and then another said it was still there. After we got there I verified the listed price with the salesman and we test drove the vehicle. After we returned the salesman said her manager told her the price was an error. Mind you this is the price we verified with two salesmen multiple times. Let’s just be clear that $325 more per month is a pretty big “error”. Glad we know when to walk away from sketchy sales practices and have the ability to do so. Very unprofessional. Hopefully anyone else choosing to use this establishment has a better experience. As for me, I’ll be driving my disappointed kids back home.

Fraud

Bait and switch fraud! Avoid. Worst experience. No regard for agreeing on a price, and flying during a pandemic to pick up the car only to have been lied to about the posted price.
