Frustrating experience

We are very frustrated due to this dealerships lack of communication. We have been texting our salesman for four days now asking for updates on our vehicle that we already put a 2,000 dollar down payment on. Each time he has said he will “go and ask for an update” and each time we have received no updates. He told us he would keep in touch and give us a time estimate of when it would be done, and I feel like if I wouldn’t have texted him multiple times a day he would have totally forgotten about us. We decided to call the dealership directly to see if someone else could tell us what was going on, we were told by the receptionist that she couldn’t get a hold of the service team and that she gave them our information and they would reach out with an update, and of course we STILL didn’t hear anything. I don’t mind if they are busy and we need to wait a few more days but at least reach out and tell us that’s what’s going on. Don’t continually tell us you’re going to give us an update if you’re not actually going to go and get an update. Excited about the car, extremely frustrated with their lack of communication.

Great Place to buy a vehicle!!

The staff is very friendly and down to earth. I bought a Nissan Frontier truck from Alex who is awesome and it was at a great price. Cardon was very helpful also during this process. I am very happy with the truck and overall experience at Tim Dahle Nissan in North Salt Lake. I highly recommend them, it’s really a great place to buy a vehicle.

Long service.

It took over 3 hours for a scheduled appointment oil change and tire rotation and when I went to the service provider it’s like he didn’t even know who I was. The only reason I was there and have to keep going back is because I have a service plan through them for when I bought my vehicle. Plus to add their restrooms were terrible.

Happy with my experience at Tim Dahle Nissan

Michael McGee helped me with a used Pathfinder I found listed online. He had it ready for me when I arrived and after a test drive I was ready to buy. The process was the usual back and forth with the sales manager to get an agreeable price but in the end I was happy. They have a great lifetime drivetrain warranty on the Pathfinder which helped me in making my decision to buy from Tim Dahle Nissan Bountiful.

Incredible & comforting service

Let me start by explaining I know nothing about cars and even less about purchasing them. I haven't owned a car in years and when I did it was a junker that i bought off someone. I get intimidated and anxious quite easily, even to the point where I get a weird "tunnel version". That being said, every single person, from the moment I walked into the door was so welcoming and comforting. They guided me through every step and they did an absolutely incredible job at understanding what I wanted and what my needs were. Jason Lange was my sales rep who greeted me upon arrival, I could tell he was genuinely there to help me and not to just get me into a car without making sure it worked out absolutely perfect for me. Jason stuck with me through the whole process and it felt like I was visiting a long time friend at work. Jake Reck was my financier who did an incredible job with explaining the things I didn't understand but did so with amazing knowledge while also not making me feel like an idiot for asking questions. I was also lucky enough to talk with Ryan Solt who is the incredible team leader. It's obvious to see what he does for this company and dealership. Sorry for the novel but if you're anything like me. Someone with zero experience in purchasing a car, zero knowledge about cars or ever feel intimidated just by walking into dealerships, please go here. They're worth every minute. Worst experience

I bought a car on Tuesday paid 3500 for down payment and I still don’t have the car the bank has already set up the payments still no car it is now Friday I have called everyday and everyone says I will call back as soon as I find out what’s going on I have heard nothing now I am now I’m waiting to hear from the driver motor vehicle department to see what I can do this is the most frustrating thing and to get no answers
