Nick helped us find a car that had everything we wanted. And when I had a little operator error with the new projection feature even days later, he dropped what he was doing to walk me thru it!

This is my 2nd car and my families 3rd car with ted. The service he provides us is excellent and he is always so prepared. I picked my car on Tuesday to be picked up on Thursday. All I had to do was sign on the dotted line, he had everything ready to go.

This is our fourth time buying a vevhicle at this dealership and with Kelly. Every time we have been very statified. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. Ted Sims was extremely personable and had a great attitude while helping me and my wife find a car that would best suit our growing family. He took his time with us even though he had a lot of things going on on the day we had come in, it seemed like his main goal was to make sure we had a good experience with leasing our 2018 Equinox.
