From Nightmare to Dream Come True!!
Kelly Wise took wonderful care of me today! I was in a bad place with my lease and I was very anxious going into the dealer to figure things out, as I don't have a lot of experience with leasing. Kelly took the time to listen to me and my situation and worked for many hours to ensure that I was put into a car the same day! When one option didn't work for me, she tried another. Then another and another. She didn't give up helping me until I drove off with a brand new car! The entire staff at Michael Bates Chevrolet is very welcoming and friendly. I recommend this dealership to anyone!

The team at Michael Bates is excellent. I am a return customer with Mark Williams, and was looking to purchase a used vehicle after turning in my lease. I am no longer in the area, and the team was very accommodating--answering questions over the phone, working within my budget, and making the process as quick as possible.
