Every time I need service or anything else done on my vehicles they go out of there way to make sure everything is a ok. All the people are very nice.

I had my vehicle in last year for an oil and filter change. I asked them to also change my fuel filter at the time, but upon inspection I realized that they did not change the fuel filter. This is a diesel and fuel filter changes are critical from time to time, especially since this vehicle does not get a lot of mileage. This time they did change it, but when doing the oil change they checked off all of the items on the oil change check list, including turn signals and washing windows. My left front turn signal had a bad bulb, they checked it as good but when I left, it still was not working, and the windows had not been touched. I am concerned that they may not have checked any of the other items on the list and when I got home, sure enough, washers were almost empty. So, did they really use the synthetic oil? Did they really replace the oil filter? Did they check the hoses, belts and tires as indicated on the checkoff list? I would bet they did not do other items they checked off, (brake fluid?). Seriously I doubt I will ever get my regular service done here again even though I have used them since my vehicles were new. This is not good service, this is dubious service at best.

My car was towed to UAC and was diagnosed and part ordered the same day. I got a call before 9:30 the next morning that it was ready to go. While they did not have a courtesy car available this visit, they do offer a courtesy shuttle.

Despite being closed on a Sunday, the Sales Manager made a special trip into the dealership so I could pick up the truck after service. Very appreciated!

Had some warranty repairs done recently but the tech, Chris, found a transmission cooler line leaking as well. Dan in parts ordered the lines right away & got me scheduled for repairs. Had that replaced with new fluids & my car shifts better than ever! Chris not only identified the problem early but checked for scheduled maintenance on my vehicle while it was there.

During routine service (oil change) their attentive inspection discovered a problem (axle seal leak) which was promptly fixed , saving me from more serious & more expensive problems. I appreciate that!!

Sure I got my truck fixed in a timely manner, but the friendliness and support of the staff was what stood out to me. THANKS!
