Friendly, low pressure, and informative experience.
As a first-time car buyer, I expected to be intimidated by going into a dealership. That wasn’t the case at UAC. They were very welcoming and low-pressure during the whole process. They had good information about the vehicles and answered any questions with patience. Seemed knowledgeable about the vehicles and flexible with looking around at different options and offering test drives. Easy buying experience, everything clearly laid out and explained. A great team to work with!

Great customer service
University Auto center has great customer service with friendly, efficient staff. They were able to get us in for a service appointment the day we called and got us in and out with about 30 minutes!

Pleasant experience
University Auto Center Service department is well organized and efficient. My overall experience was very pleasant. I was able to get my car in for an oil change 2 days after I called to make an appointment.

Very friendly and thorough. I had a great experience.
Service center was very organized friendly and honest. I have had some bad experiences with oil changes overfilling setting check engine light way early etc. I have never had to bring a vehicle in for oil changes until this last year I inherited a new vehicle. they have my business from now on.

2nd excellent car buying experience
We hold onto our vehicles for a very long time and don't enter into new purchases without extensive research and time invested. Fortunately, DJ was patient with our endless questions and seemingly endless decision making process. He found us exactly the Jeep that I wanted, allowed me to take my time with my decision, and was able to put together a financing package that we were both very comfortable and happy with. Holly is amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable, professional, and just fun to work with.
