Great experience with car purchase
Just purchased a Subaru Crosstrek from University Auto Center and I have to say they really do have the best customer service around. DJ was great to work with in getting the best deal for me and Holly in financing was able to get me an awesome rate. The process was fast and easy from beginning to end. I highly recommend University Auto, don't hesitate to buy your next vehicle there you won't be disappointed.

Initial oil change
Initial oil change on new Enclave. Service desk friendly, accommodating, had computer info re: new purchase confirmed using VIN, completed the job and tire change on schedule. Even had a salesperson casually inquire about any problems with the new vehicle (which had not been purchased at University Auto), and assist us in understanding operation of the navigation unit. Nice, easy going, no pressure staff. A thorough pleasure to work with.

Service was prompt and thorough Oil change and other issues were explained. No major issues at time of service was disappointed that detailing is no longer available

Brake service
We took our Toyota 4- Runner to University Auto because we purchased it their and had a great experience on the sales side. Our brakes were squeaking so we thought it was time. And low and behold, no brakes needed. Thanks for the honesty! See you for the next oil change or for anything else that may arise.

Oil Change
It is always a pleasure taking my car in for service. Everyone is always very friendly and the service is fast. I would have given a 5 star rating if they vacuumed my car every time instead of occasionally.
