Initial oil change on new Enclave. Service desk friendly, accommodating, had computer info re: new purchase confirmed using VIN, completed the job and tire change on schedule. Even had a salesperson casually inquire about any problems with the new vehicle (which had not been purchased at University Auto), and assist us in understanding operation of the navigation unit. Nice, easy going, no pressure staff. A thorough pleasure to work with.

Service was prompt and thorough Oil change and other issues were explained. No major issues at time of service was disappointed that detailing is no longer available

We took our Toyota 4- Runner to University Auto because we purchased it their and had a great experience on the sales side. Our brakes were squeaking so we thought it was time.
