My appointment was at 8 am for an oil change & a car wash, they said it would be an hour & 45 mins. Turned out to be 3 hours and they didn't wash my vehicle! Makes you wonder if they are doing any of the services customers request or just doing the bare minimum to get paid!!! I will not be returning as this is not the first time this has happened.

I went to look and at least sit in their chevy bolt they luckily had one available, did the test drive and everything. We head back to talk prices and their mark up completely negates their bolt discount they announced. The base model EV would be $870 a month. Completely irrational for cars that had battery issues last year.

Went to look at the Jeep SRT they had on there lot it was priced at $43500 by the time they finished with the additional fees the vehicle price was over $50k. The tax should have been $2610 registration and tags should have been around $330. Which brings the total to $46440 for the vehicle total price. But here is the issue I had they were charging almost $3k for a reconditioning fee and $500 for documentation. But this is what was posted on their website ( Registration & Fees include $327.00 DMV fee , $500.00 documentation fee , $20.00 electronic filing fee and $995.00 reconditioning fee.) So clearly this dealership is providing false advertisements.

STAY AWAY!!!. Do not believe their online prices, or anything that they say over the phone or emails. They will waste your time. The wanted to charge almost $2,000 for a inspection fee for what they said they paid to get the car through Maryland Inspection, $500 processing fee, and other fees, on top of the price that they had online. This was after spending a whole day asking them to not waste my time and if they could do $35k out the door for the vehicle that I wanted. After saying they "would consider that price if I came in", I went in and they wanted almost $40k for the vehicle. Then they tried to sell me a different vehicle, then they said it was a misunderstanding and there is no way that they could sell the vehicle for $35k. There was no misunderstanding. It was a used vehicle and the only one of that model that they had on their lot. They will also try to run your credit as soon as you walk in the door. DO NOT LET THEM RUN YOUR CREDIT UNTIL YOU HAVE THE TOTAL PRICE FOR THE VEHICLE THAT YOU WANT IN WRITING. They do this to try to lock you into buying from them, because if you go somewhere else, you will have another credit inquiry on your credit report for 2 years. This also lowers your credit score a few points when the next dealer runs your credit. I was a used car dealer in the past so I knew all the tricks that they were trying to pull, lies that they were telling, and scams that they were running. I walked out so it was just wasted time for me, but I am writing this review to inform everyone thinking about buying a car from this place to STAY AWAY or you will be scammed and cheated. *The sales people at this dealership are some of the nicest people you could ever meet, but management lies to them too and makes them a part of their scams.
