Purchased the car, pulled off the lot and realized the low tire pressure light was on. Had to find a station to put air in when I got home. When signing paperwork for the car I asked if it had two key cards. The sales manager said that Tesla only gives one key card for the new cars so they only had one to give me. Further research shows all new Tesla cars are sold with two key cards. Interpret that statement as you wish. I purchased 2 cards from Tesla for $35.00. The front license plate holder that they installed is loose. Two screws were put on top of the bracket none on the bottom needless to say the bracket flops around. I’ll have to add a screw or two to the bottom of the bracket. Going away for a period of time trying to get a status on my plates. Left texts to the sales person David asking for the status and if I could have them expedited I would’ve paid for the extra cost. I haven’t heard back from David as of yet. Took the car for inspection the license plate light was not lit I had to get that repaired. Cable issue not bulbs. I don’t understand how it could’ve passed Virginia inspection prior to them selling it to me when license plate lights are part of the inspection. Bottom line is, Not at all satisfied with the Integrity of the dealership and quality of the customer service. As for the car love the car works great.

I recently made a purchase here at VINS and the experience was like not ever before I mean my sales Guy Louis was Great! He kept his word for everything he told me, once it was my day to pick my car up it was the quickest process ever! Thanks to the fiance manager Eli because I couldn't get my insurance that day he over heard the conversation and was like its ok because she already has insurance on another vehicle so on my way I went in my new car.

In the beginning it started off a lil rough but after dealing with Jimmie I purchased my 2017 blue rx lexsus. I'm truly happy with my truck.

There are no words to describe how amazing this dealership is staff members from Miss Charm to Jimmy and all their service team did for me! I have never had an experience so great when it comes to buying a vehicle, having it serviced, and the process was so easy. They were understanding, provided me with my options, not to mention they checked on me and provided me with all necessary material for the vehicle I purchased. I would recommend them to anyone and look forward to coming back to them again to purchase my next vehicle. thanks again guys!

This dealer attacks their customers.. using profanity. The tag and title manager is a liar. She held my paperwork for 30 days to register the vehicle and later lied on the government’s tag and title office. Now the liar sent me the check in the mail to do her work. Danen Sanchez is a liar and I have the proof to prove it! She has mSde purchasing a vehicle at VIN DC a living xxxx!

The worst mistake I ever made. The sales person Ayoub lied about every single question I asked about the vehicle. The vehicle was in an accident, he told me the vehicle was never in any accident. There were some wires rolled up in the back he told me they were extra wires left there by the previous owner and have nothing to do with the break lights and tail lights. I took the vehicle for a md state inspection and found out those wires were snipped and capped of from the accident the vehicle was involved in and because of that none of the lights in the back works. I have called there dealership many times but can’t get in touch with them. I have tried to call about my tags and title can’t get in touch with anyone.

My husband and I were trying to find a vehicle for him to drive as an everyday car. He had a specific vehicle in mind that he wanted to purchase. We had been looking in the area we live in Tennessee, but all of the prices were fairly high compared to the other areas we looked into. We decided to look into places around where I am originally from and came across the perfect vehicle at VINS. The price was great and it seemed to be a great deal compared to other vehicles we had looked at. Once we arrived at the dealership, we loved the atmosphere! Nobody was pushy, it was a relaxed environment and everybody was helpful. We had lots of issues just being able to get a loan, which was not any fault of the dealership, but they were so patient with us and spent hours helping us purchase this vehicle. We are so appreciative of how they took care of us, especially April and Kareem.
