Haw Ford rocks!

I love the the quick response of my vehicle needs. Hawk went above and beyond to provide assistance with a loaner. Maintenance was expected to be a full day and they were done in 2 hour! Thank you Hawk Ford??

Quick and Easy

Took my Explorer in for a Recall. No appointment was necessary and it was done within an hour. Very good service experience. The staff was very friendly.

Oil Change

Stopped in for an oil change without an appointment on a busy Saturday morning. Dinah was very welcoming and was able to get me in rite away. When I went to check out and pay she explained that since it was our first oil change after we bought the vehicle, it was on the house. Was not expecting that at all. Such great friendly service at Hawk Ford. I would recommend to all my friends. Thank You!

Could have gone quicker

The negotiations process is too long..back and forth, back and forth. The process could have gone smoother. Hope the warranty is good. Got some things that need to be addressed

Price

Paid more than I should have for this car. I should have shopped around on pricing. Fiance was high. Car is 2 years old and price was high. When I got home I realized I paid MSRP

Good experience

Visit was straight forward. There were 2 recalls that were taken care of and an oil change. Service counter employees were friendly and my vehicle was completed on time.

Battery check and service

I brought my explorer in for a battery check and got in right away. I was notified of a safety recall which they also took care of immediately. They were able to give me a ride home to account for the extra time they would need the car for the recall and offered to pick me up when finished. I can’t remember the name of the mechanic and the gentleman that gave me a ride home, but every one was pleasant to deal with and they gave me a very through explanation of what was done to the car. I’m very happy with the quality of service I received.
