EDGE Key fob replacement

Years ago I had a meeting with Edsel Ford about dipsticks......the result: dipsticks were modified with holes drilled to help read oil level better...….and I have owned lots of Ford vehicles.....starting with my '49 8N Ford Tractor and my "53 Ford Pickup...… With that background, I have to say that the $$ 385.00 key fob for our '17 EDGE is the DUMBEST thing Ford Management has ever done...…...all so I can have a key forb like a Mercedes. Go back the simple electronic key like I have in my '12 Expedition. For 70% of the cost of a Mercedes you get 95% of the value in a FORD--Be who you are---dump the Mercedes Key Fob. Rich Brennan

F150 purchase

I felt that the sales person should have known a lot more about the product and trucks onsite. Another dealership did a much better job walking me though the f150 options and comparisons. The only reason i purchased at Hawk was pricing. I had a few alterations on my new truck as well and was given an eco sport as a courtesy vehicle. If i knew that I would have been driving that for a week it would have impacted my purchase decision. Also my wife recently purchased a Subaru and was walked through how everything in the vehicle worked i did not get direction just a set of keys. I figured it all out on my own but it would have been nice to have had that.

Emergency

Serpentine drive belt went out. Had it towed to Hawk St. Charles. They took care of warranty work ASAP. Tom in service dept. knew we needed the car. They went above and beyond just the emergency service. Bought from them and will keep buying from them. Thank you, Loyal Ford owner
