Change isn’t always bad

I’ve been a fan of Ford products for a while, and dealt mostly with Zimmerman Ford. When the dealership was sold to HAWK Auto Group, a large, multi-unit, multi-brand dealer, I was worried that things wouldn’t be the same. The first couple of times I needed service, I saw a couple familiar faces and that was reassuring. Each visit, everything has been handled well, and I’m pleased. Then, this month, the lease ran out on my primary vehicle, so I returned to sales. Kirk Brown, the sales associate that I have found to be the most professional, knowledge filled, and respectful guy in the business is still there. He helped me to select a new car, and when lease end came, my new Ford Edge SEL was waiting for me. Kirk walked me through most of the paperwork and turned me over to Marty, the finance closer. I hate closing with a finance guy, but Marty was a surprise. Like Kirk, he knows his business, and treated me with respect I’ve not seen from one in his position before. Kirk then walked me through all the new gadgetry on my new ride, shook my hand, and sent on my way. Any fear I had with dealing with these guys has disappeared.

New key fob

The key fob was replaced by the service department at the end of the day quickly and efficiently. The parts department gave me a price via phone one day and the service department programed the fob the next day.

Great as usual!!!

I get The Works. They always update me on what I may need later. Letting me know when I will need new tires. Always welcoming and polite. Always great service.

Great service team

Tom Gabalec was friendly and helpful. The service team did a great job fixing the issue quickly and communicated with me throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Steve Staub, Service Advisor, is polite, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and seems genuinely interested in resolving all of my vehicle service concerns. He was diligent in calling me with updates and service issues/status.

Quick service

Came to service yesterday(4/29) for a recall campaign and oil change for my ‘15 GT500 Shelby Mustang. Tom, the service writer had to manually input all pertinent information about everyone’s car that morning. Being patient and focused, he steadily accommodated all waiting customers within minutes. When my turn came, all I did was to hand him my driver’s license and campaign paperwork and I just signed and left. Car originally was scheduled for a noon pick-up. Service called my wife just over 3/4 of an hour later, saying the car was ready. Picked-up car just awhile later. A job well done.

Knowledgable , friendly and easy to work with

Great family like atmosphere. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. No pressure sales tactics or force feeding of extras. They were great in teaching us the functions our the vehicle and setting up our wireless devices. Overall great experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Great experience

I bought a new Ford Explorer platinum from Hawk Ford 2 weeks ago. I was looking for a specific model, color, trim package and rim option. I worked with Eric Sakumoto. They found the exact vehicle I was looking for at a price that beat another dealership I was working with. Eric was wonderful to work with, the managers were helpful, everyone was great. There were no pushy sales tactics, just honest help. I would absolutely recommend Hawk ford and Eric to friends and family.
