Horrible experience

Back in March we spent hours at this dealership talking with the salesman, manager and finance person and signed a purchase agreement and all of the other paperwork for a vehicle that we were supposed to pick up one week later as we were leaving for vacation the next day and we were purchasing an extended warranty on it, which required them to keep it to do an assessment. We got back from vacation to find that even though we had completed and signed all of the paperwork, they sold the car while we were gone. We tried to get resolution for a couple weeks and then the manager just stopped responding. Extremely unprofessional and appalling business practices at this location.

Had an amazing time here. Usually i find buying a car a very drawn out tough time but Alex "2k" made it very fast and pleasant! Highly recommend!

Unfulfilled Promises

Do not buy from Kia Napleton Fishers! I purchased a Jeep Wrangler on March 25th 2022. I initially had decided not to purchase this Jeep as I could see rust coming up under the paint. The manager, George Metry, told me that he could have this repaired at Kia's autobody shop and would include it in the deal to buy the Jeep. So I agree to buy the Jeep and I am sent to the autobody shop the following week. It's not an autobody shop but a dent and repair shop! They tell me they can't do this kind of repair. I inform my sales guy "Q" that day. After weeks of calling and trying to get resolution I went back to the dealership and was given Anthony Pappas, another manager, to work with. He sent me back to the dent and repair shop where I was once again told they couldn't do the work! Anthony and I settle on Kia paying half the estimate I got for repair at an actual autobody shop at the beginning of May. I'm writing this review June 14th and it appears I'm going to have to go through legal channels to resolve this issue. Don't trust anything they say!
