They never got back with me via phone, text or email so I went to the car lot while the car was still advertised for sale online and the car was still on the car lot they told me the car was not for sale and that they couldn’t see it to anyone. All of this was after the car was for sale online for at least a week or longer.

Service department is horrible.
Service department is horrible. Changed out my engine 2 years ago and already having more issues. I took my car in because the engine keeps losing oil and no one knows why. Now they want to bill me an extra $150 to check the engine code which I already did and told them what it was. Plus they want me to pay another 600+ to figure out whats wrong with the new engine... Ridiculous. This place has gone downhill since Napleton bought it. Will not be going back. Avoid this dealer and especially the service dept. Take it to auto zone to get codes checked for free before paying them to find out nothing.

Great Soul buying experience
Love my new blue Kia Soul! Mitch was great ri work with, he even came in on his day off to show me all the bells and whistles before I drove off with my new car. I highly recommend this dealership, they take great pride in the customer experience.

Anthony Pappas, the sales manager, even came out and answered a few questions about the features when they were clearly very busy. Best experience buying a new car!

Worst car buying experience ever. i was charged over the advertised price by $3250, charged a $3000 experience fee, and was charged $3000 for a warranty that i declined. I asked for the warranty to be removed after finding out i was charged for it, I asked for the experience fee to be removed and the advertise price to be honored. I was told I had to discuss it with the general manager. It took over 2 months, with multiple requests via phone, in person, text, and email. after finally meeting with the general manager in person, he would not honor the advertise price, would not remove the experience, and then threaten me telling me he would not remove the warranty. I recorded. I am a female who was taken advantage by this auto company, lied to, mistreated and threatened. BEWARE. Go to a different company that will be honest and has integrety.
