Bad business

Ever since I purchased this 2017 Ford Focus. This has been the absolute worst experience buying a vehicle. First 7 days I had it they had to replace the transmission and had it in the shop for over 30 days( Lemon Law says any vehicle out of service for 30 days is a lemon. Then come to find out they didn’t even fix all the issues with the vehicle. Splash guard was dragging under the vehicle. And front bumper is damaged and parts inside the bumper. I purchased this vehicle back in 04/22/22, and still haven’t received my title. They tell me that I can’t bring the car back to get a refund. The car still has a lot of issues and on top of that. They replaced my transmission with a used one. And they told me to keep on driving on expired tags and if I get pulled over by the police. Just tell them it’s okay. Super sketchy. And no one has yet to get ahold of me over this matter.

I went into Napleton Kia of Fishers with my daughter as she was looking to purchase a new-to-her car. Q was our sales associate and he is the BEST! He was very thorough and patient with us, answered all of our questions and worked with his team to get my daughter into a better vehicle than we could have imagined. Thank you, Q!

Worth the 1 hr drive!

Worth the 1 hr drive! I came across the perfect SUV on their website at a great price! Anthony , the sales manager, contacted me first. He was so nice and helpful, not pushy at all and he got me with Sava, my salesmen. The whole experience was wonderful and actually fun, I know that doesn’t sound right, buying a car was fun? lol the whole atmosphere there was enjoyable and Terry in finance made sure I understand everything From my payments to warrant coverages. I’ll definitely drive an hour next time I need a car and send all of my family and friends there

Napleton Kia treats First Responders Poorly

I’m a first responder. Got off work at 7 am and had an appointment with Napleton Kia of Fischers to drive 2 hours for a 1 pm appointment to purchase a truck. I was in contact with the salesman at 10 am who said I could come earlier than 1pm. 30 minutes from arriving at 12:15–45 minutes earlier than scheduled—I get a call that they sold the car. No explanation, no apology. How do you sell a car that you know you set an appointment up for someone driving from 2 hours away? So 1/2 day wasted, 1/2 tank of gas wasted, and no truck. If this is how Napleton Kia of Fischers treats First Responders, then I don’t want to do business with them.

Terrible Liars

Walked into Napleton Kia of Fishers after seeing a car I was interested in online. The first question I asked the salesman was is this car the online price? He said yes that is the price. I asked are there any dealer options I had to pay for? Nope that’s the price. Test drove and liked it. Salesman came back with financials that were way to high, he said it was because of my credit score, the price for the car was as advertised. Offered a lease at a much lower payment, so I went home to run the numbers. I sent a text asking the payoff at end of lease. $14,500 which made it a good deal. Sold my car elsewhere, and went in to sign the paperwork, and suddenly the payoff was $3,500 more, $18,000. The salesman said internet price was it!! He forgot to add on the options and fees which you have to get. Avoid this dealership if you don’t want to get ripped off!
