I found the ford Fusion that I wanted, while test driving...
I found the ford Fusion that I wanted, while test driving the car the salesman started talking about some package that would give me 2 free oil changes and tires rotated. I asked how much it was and he said he didn't know. We get back to the dealership and gets the paperwork so we can over pricing. Not only was it the price of the car, sales tax, dealer fee and KIA PLATINUM PACKAGE FOR $2450. I told him I didn't want their platinum package. He said he would have to check and see if they could sell the car without it. Guess what??? He said the sales manager wouldn't take it off. I walked out. What a SCAM

I have never found it more difficult to spend over $50,000. I offered to purchase a vehicle at full prince over the phone first thing at opening. After multiple layers to speak with an induvial that could actually act upon the offer, I was called back five hours later to be told that someone had came into the dealership and purchased the vehicle before they could speak to their manager. They pushed and pushed for me to come in and test drive, however, I just wanted to purchase and pickup. You only get one first impression and the Napleton Kia of Fishers is poor customer service as best.

Bought a car there last Friday. It was advertised at $20,200 online. It was late and I didn’t notice they sold me the car for a retail price of almost 24,000. I had been at work since 4am and I was so tired. I should have noticed but now no one wants to talk to me. I recommend finding your new car somewhere else.

Take the reviews with a grain of salt as you are practically forced to write a review before the sale is finalized. My salesperson was fine but her boss stood around giving off mob boss vibes until we sent a review and they verified it. Then we were subjected to multiple meetings afterwards to try to get us to purchase various addons and forms of insurance.
