Michael was very helpful and professional. My wife and I were traveling through Morganton area enroute to Jackson,TN when our engine check light came on. We stopped to have it checked. Mr.Mr. Thomas had the vehicle diagnosed. After which he explained what the problem was and what it would take to correct it. Upon leaving the vehicle to be replaced, he gave us a loaner car and directed us to restaurants and hotels for staying the night. Needless to say the vehicle was repaired the next day.
