The experience we had with Dwayne Briggs was easy and fast. He was courteous and friendly. He found the car I wanted, let us test drive overnight and had the paperwork ready for us when we requested.. I will definitely buy from again when I need another car.

Wonderful Experience!
This was, by far, the easiest purchase I have ever made at a dealership. No pressure. I found the car I wanted, got all my questions answered and left. The next day I came back with a pre-certified loan and drove away in the car I wanted. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Several people at the dealership helped keep my kids distracted so that I could concentrate on paperwork. I will always look to Cloninger for all my car needs in the future. The only complaint I have is that the clean up job on the car was not stellar. There was melted candy in the pocket on the back door.

My truck has issues. I expected to learn more about these. Instead, my truck got a “clean bill of health” ???? I paid $200 for the A1 service package. Nothing was said about some OBVIOUS issues. Disappointed, because I am out $200, still unsure on how to correct these problems, and still searching for someone to help me. When considering to trade, my sales guy even discouraged me from doing it !?!? Never met a car salesman uninterested in making a sale !!

Very dissatisfied with my experience at Cloninger. Would never recommend to any of my friends family or clients . Customer service is clearly not a priority for this dealership. My only positive comment would be that the finance manager was very friendly very helpful and is the only asset to this dealership . I believe his name was Brent . He represented outstanding customer service.
