I wanted to take this opportunity to give a "WELL Done" to Westend Lincoln Mercury. I was rear-ended a couple of months ago and my old 2007 Jeep survived, but had 253000 miles on it. Made the decision to upgrade my vehicle, but still needed to stay within my budget. Started looking for another Jeep and visited many different Dealerships around the Twin Cities Metro and soon became very disappointed with salesman and the non-caring attitude that were portrayed by these dealers. I saw a nice 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Westend Lincoln-Mercury on the internet that seemed to fit my budget. I called and talked to a gentleman named Taylor Sparks and told him that I was interested in the Jeep. I made an appointment to come up and test drive the Jeep. When I got there, Taylor had the jeep out front and it was washed and immaculately cleaned. Now we'll cut to the chase! I let Taylor know that I wanted to take a little longer test drive to get the engine/trans hot. This is typically when hidden problems will present themselves on a vehicle. Taylor went out of his way to let me test drive it as long as I needed. He did not apply any pressure to me on the vehicle, which was beautiful coming from a sales person. When we got back, the only question Taylor asked me was if I had any questions or concerns. I replied,"The only question I have is when can we start the paperwork to buy the vehicle?" If you like a real casual sales experience, without high pressure and B.S, I strongly emphasize seeing Taylor. You won't be disappointed. I'd like to send out one more "Kudos" to Gary Poff. I had a minor issue with the Jeep and talked to Gary. They did not have to help me in anyway, because I bought the Jeep "As Is". Gary listened to my concern and help me out more than I could have hoped for! The "Best" car sales experiences that I have ever had. I've been in the automotive business for over 45 years and guarantee you will feel the same way about Westend Lincoln-Mercury. Keep up the "GREAT WORK" guys. Sincerely, Michael Settje

Service department is lacking in responsiveness and
Service department is lacking in responsiveness and overall communication. Just really dont seem like they care at all. Quite the contrast from other "luxury" service departments I have used.

This company should be investigated criminally. We spent nearly $250,000 in buying two new vehicles from them which included their Premium Black Label package. They have continually not honored what was promised for this package/service. Most recently, they have had our vehicle in to fix running boards that haven't worked since we first picked it up. They have had the vehicle in their possession for many weeks, and now are saying they will not cover this, nor will they provide the black label service we paid in full for up front! Most importantly - we have made dozens of calls, voicemails and emails and no one will get back to us. The vehicle is still in their possession and they won't even speak to us or give our vehicle back! We can't even get a response.

Got a new 2024 Nautilus Black Label from this dealership
Got a new 2024 Nautilus Black Label from this dealership and while the sales part of the transaction was alright, the service is absolutely horrible!! Nothing was fixed the first time. It went in again with a list and got the car back the same day with only an oil change and was told to reschedule when a rental was available. Got the car back Sept 9th and was rescheduled for Black Label pick up on October 4th. They never showed so I called and was told there was still no loaner available. They re-scheduled me further out into November. I spoke with the service manager twice and was promised they would get it in the following week.... Two weeks in a row. Still nothing. I gave up. Found much better communication and service from a dealer I did not even buy the car from. Don't waste your time with this dealer if you would like

beyond awful.
beyond awful. all the negative reviews are true. can only guess they did the positive ones themselves or paid someone to. nobody gets back to you ever whether you call or email. completely unorganized dealership. sales folks have no clue about the product, the warranty, or what it means to be certified. dave gave us flat out wrong information or purposely withheld information multiple times about the car and grew angry when we pressed him on the tires. we asked simple questions that he could not answer and given we were looking at spending upwards of $60k, these were standard questions that any rational or competent customer would ask and any competent sales person should have been able to answer. just a heinous experience from the top down. unwelcoming, rude, make you feel like you're bothering them. the car seemed fine and we almost certainly would have bought it had it not been for how awful dave was and the fact i emailed and called and left multiple voicemails only to never hear from anyone. absolutely can not trust these people. period.
