Disaster from start Should have walked away

Buying process very frustrating until mgr Tyler took over. 2020 Aviator quality poor. Dealer mgr never responded to my email. Avoid until they correct themselves.

Oil change and points inspection

I brought my car in for an oil change and points checked and was very impressed with the customer service I received as soon as a walked in the door! It only took approximately 30 minutes, and she sent me a text showing me a video of underneath my car, with someone indicating everything they had done with the car and what shape everything was in on the car - which told me it was done! I walked up, signed some paperwork and was off! Completely satisfied!

THEY SELL LEMON CARS - DO NOT PURCHASE

We purchased a car on the 29th of November. Within 9 days of purchasing the car, the car started smoking from the engine. We checked the engine and put antifreeze in it because it was totally depleted. We contacted the dealership at the 11-day mark because they previously had not been open. I called them and left a message; no response. My husband called 3 TIMES and still didn't get a callback. We called again today as we still hadn't received a call and all to be told they are not going to do anything because we didn't buy an additional warranty saying they would fix it. They clearly sold us a car that was a lemon. This car was NOT inspected prior to sale which was evident by the lack of fluids in it. The dealership knowingly gave us a car that was going to go out on us within a week and they are refusing to do anything about it. This is absurd. Just because we didn't buy a $65000 car, doesn't mean that they have the right to sell us a junk car. They need to repair the car immediately.

Had the car I was looking for, but service was MEH

Had the car I was looking for, but felt the service was underwhelming. Salesman seem recluse during the test drive. I felt making a large purchase like this the least they could do is fill the gas tank at least half way but that wasn't done. Also asked about a 2nd set of keys multiple times, was told their was only one, but another employee verified there were multiple ¯\_(ツ)_/. Lenny the GM was very nice, while we didn't talk much he went out of his way to thank me for the business multiple times and appreciated me coming out. If I was a first time car buyer this experience wouldn't of been ideal.

Very respectful when it come to selling vehicle

Easy and fast process the wrokers are very respectful I had a very great experience when i came here other dealerships aren’t as neat and friendly as this dealership.
